¿Qué hace la ANUIESen Internacionalización?
Es un tema de pertinencia;
pertinencia global.
El profesionista actual durante su vida profesional cambia
de trabajo 7 veces y de área profesional 4 veces.
¿Cómo debe ser entonces la
formación en fondo y forma?
Los requerimientos yperfiles son globales,aún sin salir del país.
Es nuestra responsabilidad formar a nuestrosalumnos con competencias globales de fondoy de forma.
Por lo tanto las IES deben deser globales y formar para esto.
La ANUIES trabaja para promover unainternacionalización integral desde las rectoríashasta los programas de licenciatura.
La ANUIES está trabajando con las principalesAsociaciones de Universidades y rectores delmundo para promover un trabajo colaborativo.
Está involucrando a los rectores a trabajar consus pares, acordar proyectos, accionesconjuntas y visitas mutuas.
La ANUIES trabaja igualmente en posicionar el temade la internacionalización en las universidades,reforzando su importancia, consideración y expresióndentro de las universidades.
La ANUIES promueve que el tema de cooperación einternacionalización esté alineado a proyectos de impactoregional tratando de iniciar la cooperación a partir de I+D+iy de ahí, involucrar al natural a toda la estructuraacadémica; investigación, posgrado, licenciatura.

ANUIES was founded in 1950 and since then has played an
active role in the development of higher education in Mexico.
ANUIES is a Non-Governmental organization that gathers the
best 180 public and private institutions of higher education in
Mexico.
It thus covers 80% of the total student enrollment in Mexico, at
the technical, bachelor´s and graduate levels.
Our member Institutions conduct more than 90% of all research
performed in Mexico.
ANUIES promotes integral management practices, teaching ,
research as well as cultural promotion.

We are currently working on an assessment by state and
region in order to clearly define the main strategic
topics of the regions and link with the capacities of the
national and international higher education
institutions.
The national, international and corporate cooperation
will be focused on the above.

Close collaboration with Mexican Consulates to promote
international intensive programs for Mexican students
(Sacramento, San Diego, San José, San Francisco y
Boston)
Summer programs for Mexican students (Silicon Valley).
Facilitate the networking between our associate institutions
and foreign universities.
Promote the internationalization of the HEI President's
agenda, through visits, programs, and attendance to the
annual meetings of our partners.
International cooperation
ANUIES, CONAHEC and University of Arizona won a
grant at the 100, 00 Strong in the Americas Innovation
Fund Competition 4, Supported by the ExxonMobil
Corporation, with a project-based mobility opportunities for
engineering students at selected member institutions.
ANUIES - NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Partnerships
Program. The program will integrate scientist, students,
developers and businesses from both countries in the
developing of topics that are needed at NASA but also in
Mexico.
International cooperation
Professional internship program for academic
exchanges staff of Mexican higher education
institutions between the USA Embassy in Mexico,
ANUIES and SUNY.
