To understand the HUMAN ANTHROPOMETRICS by making a step well in a dry and hot region. The exercise was to carve out space from a chunk of clay(3mt x 6mt x 9mt) to make steps and resting place

for villagers.

To make a SPACE AROUND THE STEPWELL in a dry region of Kutch, by using elements like

plinth, column, wall and roof.The place will be utilized by the villagers who comes to stepwell to collect water. It also gives a platform to common

community gathering.

dancer) and their family which includes their parents and two children. The site is situated on the edge of nyari reservoir in the outskirt of city

To make an ENVIRONMENTAL SANITA-TION INSTITUTE on the edge of river Aji at Rajkot. The institute consists of a public toilet, workshops, seminar room, multipurpose hall, health dispensary, demo yard, a public library, admin area, a shop and an exhibition space.shop and an exhibition space.

The concern was to make the institute as a monumental build-ing by using tradition-al load bearing stone structure and modern light weight tensile roof on the top.

To make an adequate housing for all income groups of the society who are in need of a house in an urban settlement. 4 types of flexible units for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG respectively. Basic concern was to bring equality throughout the society by providing equal

quality of spaces to all income groups.
