for villagers.

plinth, column, wall and roof.The place will be utilized by the villagers who comes to stepwell to collect water. It also gives a platform to common

To make an ENVIRONMENTAL SANITA-TION INSTITUTE on the edge of river Aji at Rajkot. The institute consists of a public toilet, workshops, seminar room, multipurpose hall, health dispensary, demo yard, a public library, admin area, a shop and an exhibition space.shop and an exhibition space.

The concern was to make the institute as a monumental build-ing by using tradition-al load bearing stone structure and modern light weight tensile roof on the top.

To make an adequate housing for all income groups of the society who are in need of a house in an urban settlement. 4 types of flexible units for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG respectively. Basic concern was to bring equality throughout the society by providing equal
quality of spaces to all income groups.
