Deconstructing Space Media: Graphite on Bristol, Chipboard
A deconstruction of a section of Morphosis Cahill Center for As-tronomy reassembled into a collage, suggesting multiple interpreta-tions for orientation. The collage was then translated into a 9”x9” chipboard model and drafted in plan and section.

A model metaphorically mimicking the integration system of the Nautili-us Pompulius. The sea animal’s shell contain ducts that create a small-er system within a larger system. The axonometric dissects the object of the model.

A draft, model, and 3D rendering of a concept for a waterfowl obser-vatory. The envelope is developed off of a system of slices and folds that allow light to pass through.

A conceA concept for a gym in Philadelphia. The grid and lofted envelope give scale and measure the movement of a gymnast’s ritual. The gym programmatically suits the routine of the parallel bars as well as dwelling for occupants.

A suA sustainable design intended to bring interest to learning with its iconic size. Standing at 88 ft. tall, the structure gives the occupants a feeling of floating with its transparent glass envelope. It also gives back to the community with its green roof, 5000 square foot terrace, and green wall.

There is little hierarchy between the users and the dwellers. The design was driven by the integration of occupants by the core amphitheater. This core influences the cir-culation and engages the community.
