Allisyn contains a synergistic combination of freeze dried garlic and cinnamon oil.

Allicin is the primary active component in garlic: it is formed from enzymatic reactions initiated when garlic cloves are cut or crushed. Since the high temperatures needed for conventional drying techniques can denature the enzymes necessary for allicin formation, Seroyal uses the patented CYRO-dri freeze-drying process to increase allicin yields.
