Are you looking for a fun, creative summer project to get stuck into? Do you want to support an important cause? Would you like to see your artwork on a t-shirt for charity?

Well, look no further! CareTech are running a fantastic Logo Design competition for our Children and Young People in support of this year’s Anti – Bullying Week, which takes place from Monday 16th – Friday 20th November 2020.

TaskDesign and draw a logo which represents the theme of ‘United Against Bullying’.

The winning logo will be put on CareTech merchandise for Anti -Bullying week and distributed to all of our schools, children’s care homes and children’s services.

It can be any image that sends a strong anti-bullying message: let your imagination run WILD!

Ideas for logosUnited hands Schools or playgrounds joined together Symbols, patterns or images that show that you, your classmates and friends reject bullying and support kindness.

Make them as colourful and impactful as you like!

The colour for Anti-Bullying Week 2020 is blue so your logo could include this colour scheme, or incorporate the CareTech bird.

Important: As the artwork will be put onto a range of merchandise, the logo will need to be a drawing or painting, and NOT a sculpture, collage, or any other 3D medium.

Age GroupsThere are three age groups for the competition:

07-10 years old 11-14 years old 15-18 years old

Please mark your entry clearly with the correct age category.

Terms and ConditionsIndividual entry: One entry per child / young person.

Group entry: Groups of no more than six children or young people can create and enter one logo per group.

CareTech and Cambian homes and schools may enter as many students as they wish and every child and young person who is supported within CareTech Children’s Services and Homes - Inspire, Greenfields, Spark of Genius, ROC Northwest, Branas Isaf, Linx 16, ACAD and I and A services – is eligible to enter.

CareTech fostering agencies – Park Foster Care, TLC Wales, FSG and By the Bridge with Cambian – may enter one entry per child.

Winning EntriesOne winning entry will be chosen from each age category and an Overall Winner picked from these three winners.

Participants are encouraged to send in the original hard copies of their logo to: CareTech, 5th Floor, Metropolitan House, Potters Bar, Herts, EN6 1AG.

We also welcome scanned entries. Please email these to: events@caretech-uk.com

Please note that we require a hard copy of the winning entry.

PrizesThe winning logo will be featured on a range of great products: fidget spinners, stress balls, pens etc.

The merchandise will be distributed across CareTech and Cambian schools, homes and children’s services so everyone gets to see and wear your design.

You will win a brilliant prize for your class or home to enjoy!
