Welcome! So very excited for you try these smoothie recipes. They are amazingly tasty and
you will feel like you're cheating - but you're not. That's what I love most! The majority of these recipes call for a chocolate or vanilla protein powder. My
protein powder of choice is Primal Fuel from Primal Blueprint. It's my absolute favorite because it provides balanced, healthy doses of high-quality fat, protein, and carbs in a delicious and incredibly satisfying protein powder - you can find it
here. http://www.primalblueprint.com/primal-fuel-30-serving/If you already have a favorite protein powder you can stick with that too!
As for mixing your smoothies I recommend using a VitaMix or Ninja Blender to assure the smoothie will be -- well - smooth! VitaMix can be pricey but you can get them Certified Reconditioned with a 5 yr warranty for as little as $299 with a
5 year warranty. With the warranty it ends up only costing you about $60 per year with no risk. You can find them here.
