Conducted process improvement tests for inbound freight processing. Through testing realized elimination of Decant process would profit the building $4,730,000 annually.

Responsible for all inbound freight to the Fulfillment Center and up to 180 employees at a time. Plan labor moves based on forecasting of inventory inbound to the facility. Troubleshoot inventory movement issues by tracking data and reallocating labor. Conduct workflow audits and identify ways to increase efficiency and profitability. Create reports based on inventory flow and labor management to leave successful handoff for

other work shifts. Perform interviews, exit interviews and handle human resources related issues. Implemented shift handoff standards and standard work checklists for inbound team to increase

success rate of all shifts and hold other members of leadership accountable. This included necessary changes to NYR, the Wash, the Bridge, checklists, and the most efficient way to run the dock based on PPR data.

Delegate responsibility to Assistants for successful management and labor flow throughout the work shift.

Worked with other facilities to fix quality of inbound freight saving costs to both facilities from a problem solve standpoint.

Developed associates through leadership principles allowing multiple to obtain higher positions in Amazon.

Implemented IDRT tool for tracking location of freight throughout inbound in order to maintain proper SWIP and keep workflow continual.
