It is the mission of YMCA Anthony Bowen Wellness Department to promote

and support health-enhancing lifestyles for all members and their families

by providing a safe and clean workout environment, opportunities to

enhance health-related awareness, increase exercise knowledge, influence

attitudes and support behavior change leading to a higher level of total

wellness and quality of life.

60 Minute Wellness Consultation:

All members will receive a complimentary 60 minute wellness consultation

with a Personal Trainer. During this time, you will discuss your health and

fitness goals and assess your current strength, flexibility and Cardiovascular

endurance. You will also establish a current fitness baseline by gathering

vital health information such as measuring your blood pressure, body mass

index, and body fat percentage. Your Personal Trainer will provide a guide to

create a healthier lifestyle and reach your wellness goals. Your first free 1

hour workout will be scheduled during your orientation.

1 Hour Complimentary Training session:

All members will receive one complimentary 1 hour personal training session

with a Personal Trainer. Your trainer will provide a structured session tailored

to your wellness goals in which should you will be able to use as a fitness

guide. If you are interested in continuing personal training, you may

purchase with your current trainer at this time or purchase at the front desk

when you are ready.
