Sleeps up to (10) owners and guests in (4) staterooms including a private master suite, VIPguest suite, and two guest staterooms each with twin berths plus pullman; dedicated captains &crew quarters for (3).

Layout from forward belowdecks begins with the captain's quarters, with two bunk crew cabinjust aft and to starboard; Crew head is adjacent with Dometic head, wet shower and sink. Stepsup from the forward crew area land in the galley, well placed for easy access and fitted withhigh-end appliances and features.

Coming starboard and aft of the galley is the formal dining salon, with seating for (8) around abeautiful burl wood table; around the perimeter of the table is plenty of cabinet storage forplates, glass ware, silver, etc. There are several hidden built-in stereo speakers and adjustablelighting.

Just aft of the dining salon there is access to port and starboard to the pilothouse helm station,up a couple of stairs on each side. On the port side, before going up the stairs, finds a handyday head that is easily accessed from the dining salon, pilothouse and flybridge.

Pilothouse features port and starboard watertight doors to the covered side decks; adjustableRecaro helm seat; and raised bench seating aft with large, flip-up table for dining or charttable. Just starboard of this bench seat are access stairs and sliding door to the upper deck withflybridge forward and boat deck aft.

Upper deck is where everyone will gather in the sun, with long, comfortable settee and just aftof that is an SSI 320 Ultimate cooler with seating pad for all of your bridge refreshments.

Flybridge helm is fully equipped; large dinette table with U-shaped lounge follows, with kingsize sun pad aft again. boat deck aft is fitted with hydraulic tender davit and storage chocks;steps down to the cockpit are to starboard.

Back on the main deck and moving aft past the formal dining finds the mains salon, beautifullyappointed in curved, blond and red high gloss Italian joinery, sculpted ceilings and designatedareas for enjoying the 60-inch flat screen TV with Pioneer, Sony, JVC and Parasound surroundsound AN systems. Club chairs and card table are aft to port; and bar with U-Line icemaker tostarboard.

Cockpit follows, fitted with natural teak decks, a large, lighted overhang from the upper deck tokeep the cockpit table and seating for (8) dry - perfect for outdoor entertaining and alfrescomeals.

Wide, covered Walk around side decks offer bulwark protection plus safety rails for easy fore-to-aft access; a concealed flybridge access door is just to starboard of the salon door. Access tothe engine room is via a hatch in the cockpit; dual stairs aft lead down to the large integralswim step

Accommodations below deck include a VIP guest stateroom with island walk-around queenberth; sofa seat; flat screen TV; ample locker plus drawer storage; and ensuite private guesthead with marble-topped sink and large shower.

Twin guest staterooms feature side-by-side twin berths plus a pullman to sleep up to (3) each;both offer flat screen TV, ample storage, and private ensuite guest heads with marble-toppedsinks and enclosed showers.

Master Cabin is amidship and full-width, featuring island walk-around king berth, wall-towallclosets and drawers all done in beautiful burl and accent woods; flat screen TV; and his and her


master heads, each with Tecman marine toilets, bidets, marble-topped sinks and a largeenclosed shower between.

GalleyGalley

All modern galley is well placed for easy access from all main deck areas, just behind thepilothouse and to port, with watertight side deck access door from the adjacent starboardcompanionway. Equipment and features include commercial grade dual refrigerator withfreezer; Miele 2-burner stove plus Whirlpool 4-burner stove with stainless oven; AEG microwaveoven; Whirlpool dishwasher; dual stainless galley sink; hot/cold pressure freshwater system withhot water heater; and expansive countertop spaces plus storage throughout.

Deck & HullDeck & Hull

Foredeck begins with ground tackle forward, including Lofrans hydraulic anchor windlass withchain and 110-kg Bruce main anchor. Aft finds built-in bench foredeck seating; aft at eitherside are the port and starboard walk-around side decks. Watertight access door on starboardopens to the forward companionway for easy access to the wheelhouse, day head and galley.

Aft of the salon we have the cockpit that features natural teak decks, and a large lightedoverhang from the boat deck; port and starboard winches help tail the lines in from the stern;


rear camera makes backing into a slip easy; there is also a cockpit washdown. The wide coveredwalk around side decks with bulwark protection and stainless steel railings make it safe and areperfect for Pacific Northwest weather. A concealed access door up to the boat deck andflybridge is just starboard of the salon door.

Tender is a Lancer 450 hard bottomed inflatable with console steering. Honda 50-hp onboard,and boat deck storage chocks plus hydraulic davit extending arm and power rotation for launchand retrieval.

Access to the engine room is through a hatch in the cockpit. There are twin 1900 HP MTU withapproximately 932 hours. Atlas shore power converter, Kohler 31 KW generator wiuth 1000hours and a Northern Lights generator with 240 hours. Twin Analyic System Battery chargers,large engine room fans.
