Tax Exempt Status The following criteria must be met in order to receive Tax Exempt status: Payment must be made with the organization’s tax exempt check or credit card. The organization will possess a Colorado tax exemption number. Organizations requesting tax exemption must provide the hotel with a completed tax exemption affidavit prior to the event.

Food & Beverage Outside Food and Beverage (ie. not provided by the Hotel), is not permitted to be brought into the meeting space. The hotel reserves the right to charge for the service and clean up of such items. In addition, no remaining Food and Beverage items served by the Hotel are permitted to leave the premises in accordance with the Hotel’s and State’s Food Service Laws.

Guarantee In order to make your meeting or event a success, we request your assistance. Please ensure your guaranteed guest count is updated at least 3 business days prior to the start of your event. This final count will be considered your minimum guaran-tee. It is not subject to reduction after 72 hours prior to your event. All charges will be based on the guarantee or actual guest count, whichever is higher. We will prepare, at minimum, 3% over the guaranteed count upon request. If no final guarantee is received, the anticipated guest count will be considered the guaranteed count for billing and set-up purposes. Day-of additions to Food and Beverage orders, above the guaranteed guest count, may be subject to a 10% surcharge. Day-of changes to the room set-up may be subject to labor charges at a fee of $100.
