HOTELACCOMMODATIONA list of designated hotels has been provided. Participants are responsible for meeting theiraccommodationcosts.However,specialrateshavebeennegotiatedbytheAuthorityasprovidedinthe list of hotels.Delegates are encouraged tomakebookings at any of these listedhotels directly,withreferencetotheCommunicationsAuthorityofKenyacorporaterates.3. The airport also serves as a major cargo centre for both inbound andoutboundgoods.JKIAissituatedinNairobi,20minutesfromtheCentralBusinessDistrict.MostmajorhotelsinNairobihave theirstationsat thearrival terminal for facilitationofguestsonarrival. Participants are responsible for making their travel arrangements including arrival and departurefrom&totheJomoKenyattaInternationalAirport;andfromrespectivehotelstothemeetingvenue.Forsafetyreasons,delegatesareadvisedtouseofficialtaxisratherthanpublictransportminibuses.Thereareanumberoftaxicompaniesavailableattheairportandaroundtown.6.
