Tan Sri Dato Ir (Dr) Wan Abdul Rahman bin Haji Wan Yaacob holds a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from Brighton College of Technology, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Civil Engineers, The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, The Chartered Institute of Buildings (United Kingdom), The Institute of Engineering Malaysia and Academy of Sciences Malaysia.

He has had a distinguished career with the Government of Malaysia primarily in the field of civil engineering. He had served in the Public Works Department since 1964 and became its Director-General from 1990 until his retirement in 1996.

In recognition of his contributions to the engineering industry, he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering by the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1993. He received The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) Award in 1994 for his contributions and role in the nations infrastructural development.

Tan Sri Dato Ir (Dr) Wan Abdul Rahman bin Haji Wan Yaacob was appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 August 1996. He also serves as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

He does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company.

His directorships in other public companies are in Lysaght Galvanized Steel Berhad, Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad, MMC Corporation Berhad (formerly known as Malaysia Mining Corporation Berhad), NCB Holdings Berhad, Bank of America Malaysia Berhad and Northport (Malaysia) Berhad.

Tan Sri Dato Ir (Dr) Wan Abdul Rahman bin Haji Wan Yaacob berkelulusan Diploma Kejuruteraan Awam & Struktur dari Brighton College of Technology, United Kingdom. Beliau adalah Fellow kepada Institut Jurutera-jurutera Awam, Institusi Lebuh Raya dan Pengangkutan Berkanun, Institut Bangunan Berkanun (United Kingdom), Institut Kejuruteraan Malaysia dan Akademi Sains Malaysia.

Beliau mempunyai latar belakang kerjaya yang cemerlang dengan Kerajaan Malaysia khususnya dalam bidang kejuruteraan awam. Beliau telah berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kerja Raya sejak tahun 1964 dan menjadi Ketua Pengarahnya dari tahun 1990 hingga beliau bersara pada tahun 1996.

Sebagai pengiktirafan sumbangan beliau terhadap industri kejuruteraan, beliau telah dianugerahkan Doktor Kehormat dalam Kejuruteraan oleh University of Birmingham, United Kingdom pada tahun 1993. Beliau menerima Anugerah Institusi Kejuruteraan, Malaysia (IEM) pada tahun 1994 di atas sumbangan dan peranan beliau dalam pembangunan infrastruktur negara.

Tan Sri Dato Ir (Dr) Wan Abdul Rahman bin Haji Wan Yaacob telah dilantik ke Lembaga Pengarah pada 1 Ogos 1996. Beliau juga merupakan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pencalonan dan Jawatankuasa Imbuhan Syarikat.

Beliau tidak mempunyai sebarang hubungan kekeluargaan dengan mana-mana pengarah dan/atau pemegang saham utama Syarikat dan tidak mempunyai kepentingan yang bercanggah dengan kepentingan Syarikat.

Ir Haji Yusoff bin Daud graduated from the University of Brighton with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1968. He joined National Electricity Board (LLN), Kota Bharu immediately after his graduation and in 1970 he was posted to Kedah as Assistant Engineer Consumers. In 1974, he was promoted to District Engineer where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of electricity supply for northern Kedah and Perlis. In 1977, he became the Senior District Manager, Kuala Terengganu, where he was responsible for the overall management and operations of electricity supply in Terengganu. From 1979 to 1980, he was attached to Petronas in the Special Projects Department as its Deputy Head responsible for the planning of the Peninsular Gas Utilisation Project.

In 1981 he was appointed a Director of Zaidun-Leeng Sdn Bhd and was subsequently made the Managing Director in 1994; a position which he held until 2002 when he was appointed as the Chairman until today. He has over 46 years of management and professional experience in the consulting engineering industry. Zaidun-Leeng Sdn Bhd specialises in the planning and design of infrastructure projects including mechanical, electrical and structural engineering services for buildings.

Ir Haji Yusoff bin Daud was appointed to the Board of Directors on 14 September 1995. He also serves as a Chairman of the Executive Committee, Investment Committee and ESOS Committee of the Company.

He does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company.

He is the Honorary Non-Executive Chairman of Toyo Ink Group Berhad.
