was raised in the year of 2005 with the sole aim of Rural rehabilitation. Whether this organization serve the Education, Health, Culture and others various activities for rural persons. So our organization is getting success in achieving its target mission. In years to come this organization will try to focus on the quality of services which is being provided to the people. proper management system, skilled staff will be guiding perfect way for the quality services. So far as the generation of funds for services, involvement of community and other stake holders is desired. I want to thanks for all the members and community members, staff members for helping in the achieving of our aims in this year. Also I am grateful to the funding persons and authorities of the Funding Organizations. Introduction of the Organization :

Present the NGO i.e….. Chandpur Nooria Siddiquia Welfare Foundation (PAN- AAATC8365Q) is working in the grass root, It is Registered under Societies Registration Act- XXVI of 1961 under Govt. of West Bengal, vide Registration No-S/1L/32370, Dated-4th October 2005. This organization have got the 12AA Registration under the Income Tax Act,1961 vide Registration Memo No-DIT(E)/S-254-8E/404/2007-08, Dated-07.01.2008 & 80G(5)(VI) Renewal of Registration have got under the Income Tax Act,1961 vide Registration Memo No- DIT(E)/3199-8E/404/07-08, Dated 28.10.2011 and Got the FCRA Renewal of Registration under The Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division, Govt. of India, Vide FCRA Registration No-147110792, Dated-23.04.2016. Also this organization enlisted on NGO Darpon, under Govt. of India, vide Unique ID No-WB/2017/0153191. Dated- 12.06.2017. This organization is basically working in the field of Education, Health, Social welfare and Cultural activities with Environment protection, Vocational training for un-employed rural youths, Education for disable children and various type of community development programs and action for growing quality food etc. in previous year. In the Dist. of North 24 Parganas and other part of West Bengal. Registered office of the Organization- at Village & Post - Chandpur (Sundipukur), PS & Block-Deganga.Via-Devalaya, Dist-North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India. PIN-743424. Vision : To make quality and transparency for the services entrusted to the NGO in each sphere of life. Mission : To make our -selves available to the humankind where they feel in need.

Objectivities of the Organization :

EDUCATION & EDUCATION RELATED OBJECTS

a)To be Establish , Run , Support , Maintain and Grant aid or financial assistance to Residential and Non-Residential Educational Institution, Degree Colleges, Kinder Garden(K.G),Residential Hostel (Boys & Girls), Skill development Centre, Vocational Training Centre(V.T.C),Motor Driving Training of School, Coaching centre for competitive examination Guidance centre of students for J.E.E, MEDICAL etc, Polytechnic College, Medical College, Nursing Institutions, Para Medical College, Management College, Blind School, Computer Training Centre, All type of Library , Study Rooms ,Universities , Laboratories , Community Centers , Research and other Institutions of the like nature in India , for use of the students and the staff and also for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.

(b) To be Establish , Run, Support, Maintain and Grant in- aid to Computer ,Engineering College , Management College & Law College . (c) To be Establish ,Run, Support, and Maintain Teachers Training Institute(College) for proper training of the Teacher. (d) To be Establish ,Run, Support, Maintain and Grant in-aid to Guidance Institute for unemployed educated for their proper guidance. (e) To be Establish Run, Support, Maintain and Grant aid, Industrial Training Institute for development of industry. (f) To be Establish, Run, Support, Maintain and Grant in-aid to Self Help Group (S.H.G) training centre for proper Training and support of the group members for better management and development. (g) To be Establish, maintain and Grant in-aid to studentships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study, without any distinction as to caste, color, race, creed or sex.

HEALTH CARE & HEALTH RELATED FUNCTION (h) To be Establish, Develop, Maintain Dispensaries, Hospitals, Mobile Medical camp, Health camps, Poly-Clinic,

Pathological Lab.., Maternity Homes, Women & Child care centers and such other similar Charitable Institutions in our

localities and any places of India for the better benefit and interest of public.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT & RELATED OBJECTS (i) To be Promote, Establish, Support, Maintain or Grant in-aid to institutions for the promotion of Science, Literature, Debit and Fine Arts and other institutions in any places of India, having similar objects for the benefit of the public in general. (j) To be Establish, maintain or Grant in-aid to for the establishment and maintenance of Parks, Gardens, Gymnasiums, Physiotherapy centre ,Sports Clubs ,Circuit House, Forest Resort and Guest House for use of public. (k) To be Establish, Maintain and Grant in-aid to homes for the Aged, Orphanages, Widow home or other establishments for the Relief and help to the poor, needy ,indignant and Destitute people, Orphans, Widows and Aged persons. (l) To be Establish, Run, Support, Maintain and Grant in-aid to and develop the institutions for the Physically Handicapped and Disabled or mentally retarded persons and to provide them Education, Food, Clothing or other help. (m) To be Grant Relief and assistance to the needy victims during natural calamities such as Famine, Earth quake, Flood, Fire, Pestilence etc. and to give donations and other assistance to that institutions, those are establish in such relief work. (n) To be Grant in-aid to or render assistance to others Trust, Institution, Society & Govt./ Non-Government Organizations and if necessary to credited from others organizations for the purposes of this organization. (o) To be Construct, repair and maintain the Historical Places for the interest of public. (p) To be Spread imbibe moral consciousness and to help , promote universal brotherhood. (q) To be Take necessary steps for prevention of all kind of pollution ( Like water, sound, air, soil, natural environment ,etc.) and arrange awareness camps regarding the danger of the pollution. (r) To be Establish Widow Home and take a proper initiative for training to them for Self employment. (s) To be Arrange various type of Awareness programmers regarding the danger of Thaosamia, HIV, AIDS, Cancer etc. critical diseases & Communal Riot , Anti Dowry etc. social problems. (t) To be specially organize various type of activities to all type of (Education, Health, Employments etc.) development for the SC/ST/ Minority communities & Others Back Ward Classes (O.B.C) people in our Motherland India.

SPORTS, GAMES & CULTURAL OBJECTS

(u) To be Arrange various type of Games, Sports, Religious & Social cultural program , Grooming, Events, Debate,

Competition, Seminar etc...and establish Multi Zima / Mini indoor Stadium, Sports complex etc.

BRIEF OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR'S ACTIVITIES

(2016-17 Financial Year)

1) Chandpur Alia Acadeny ( Secondary Level Boys Hostel): Our Organization maintain and this Residential Institution under a

separate sub-committee since last three years. This Academy Follow the Syllabus of West Bengal Board of Secondary

Education. About 175 Residential Minority students from the remote areas. We are collected the students to serve the better

education up-to Class X (Ten) level and others facilities for their cultural, Mental and Physical growth with fooding and

lodging. The guardians of the residential students are completed satisfied for their children's remarkable progress.

2)Chandpur Nooria Siddiquia Madrasah :Our organization maintain under a sub-committee to this Residential Religious educational

Institution since last 10 years. About 150 residential poor, neglected and orphan students have gotten the Religious education with

general education up to class VIII(Eight level) including fooding, loading and treatment facility. Our target of this project that to make

higher up and proper care the Poor neglected orphan children from our target areas.

3) Chandpur Azizia Girls Academy (Girls Hostel) : The Governing Body of the Organization have decided in the General Meeting that a

separate Girls Institute Namely Chandpur Azizia Girls Academy is constructing this year which was promoted last year poses 200 beds.

This Academy will follow the syllabus of West Bengal Board of secondary Education. This Academy will poses class-V to X(Ten) level.

4)COACHING CENTRE & COMPETATIVE EXAMINATION GUIDENCE CENTRE: Our Organization is going on smoothly from where a lot

of students get proper benefit under the guidance by our skilled faculty. Our ambition is to improve those candidates who are belong to

Minority and Other Backward Classes. SSC, Primary, Group-D & Group-C, Rail recruitment examination coaching are available here.

5) WOMEN EMPOWERMENT & SHG TRAINING PROGRAMME : Our organization gives the proper training as if they improve their

personal ability and can give service in activeness. Women of Self Help Group(SHG) who get the grant of Government fund as if they will

be benefited themselves and they improve our society and they will be self finance our organization always notice this. We give

theproper guidance to utilize the Govt. Fund properly

.

6) CHANDPUR MARIAM BIBI CHARITABLE DISPENSARY: We have organized a Charitable dispensary last year due to any Hospital or

proper Health Centre is not available in our locality as it is a remote area . Our ambition to give the proper treatment facility of poor and

needy people. We serve the necessary medicine to the poor people.

7) CHANDPUR PUBLIC LIBRARY : We have organize a public library since last five years. All type of Books including religious books are

available in our library. Public who are interested to read any kind of book they get this facility from our library. The local students of

School and College are benefited by our library.

8) STUDENTS STIPEND & GRANT IN-AID PROGRAMME : We have provided

the stipend for the poor meritorious students as if they continue their study in

proper way each year. We also provide the learning materials among the poor

and needy students..like School Bag, Dress, Books & Exercise Book etc.

9) AWARENESS CAMP & CULTURAL PROGRAMME : We have a great ambition to give proper conscious among the people so that we

can make hygienic society. In this connection we organize various types of camp such as Pollution awareness, Consumer Right, Anti

dowry System programme etc. We also organized some cultural programme such as National Integration, Eid Sammilini, Communal

Harmony. So that we can able to make a platform of unity above religious differences. Our organization is trying to establish against the

religious il-tolerance in our society.

10) CLOTHES DISTRIBUTING PROGRAMME : Every year our organization has arranged Clothes distributing programme among the

Poor and distressed persons including women, Poor widow and orphan children of our locality to all community.

11) TREE PLANTING PROGRAMME: Our organization has a vital programme that is tree planting. Every year in rainy season we work

on this programme. side by side we distribute 2000 saplings to the people. So that our natural

climate be livelihood for ourselves.

12) RAMADAN EFTAR MAJLISH & EFTAR PACKET DISTRIBUTING PROGRAMME : Every year in

the month of Ramadan we has been organizing Eftar Majlish programme through this programme

we distribute the Eftari Packet among the Poor persons. In this Programme people of different

community are attend .

13)COMPUTER TRAINING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE : Through this Programme we

serve computer training, Body Language development and improve self skill of students and

un-employed youths by expert trainer.

14)TUBEWELL BORRING PROGRAMME: We are continuing to serve this programme in that

areas where deficiency of drinking water. We has been working on this programme since

2007.

15) SANITATION PROGRAMME :To build up a hygienic atmosphere we provide sanitation in

low cost from our organization in those family who has insufficient sanitary system.

16) FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMME : Every year our organization has arranged to distribute Food packet like Rice, Flour, Oil, Sugar

etc among the distress people of all community.

17) MASS MARRIAGE PROGRAMME : Our organization has arranged Mass Marriage Programme for community of Muslim & Hindu

religions. Through this programme we want to fulfill our ambition of those girls who are neglected by our society and their families.

Some times they select risk of life even death. Also we provide all ingredients' to establish a new family by that new couple.

18) TAILORING MACHINE & VAN-RICKSHA DISTRIBUTING PROGRAMME : We distribute the Van Ricksha for the poor male person

and Tailoring Machine for helpless poor women of all communities for their self employment.

19) VOCATIONAL CENTRE ON TAILORING TRADE : Our organization has been serving on Vocational centre on Tailoring trade since

last five years. This course is for six months . After completing this course we provide the trainee candidates a Certificate and a Tailoring

machine for their self employment.

20) HEALTH CHECK-UP & EYE CAMP: Every year our organization organize a Health Check up and Eye Camp through which poor

people are benefited mostly. We provide sufficient medicine from our health camp and who check up their eye in our eye camp they get a

spectacles and sufficient medicine. There is a plan of microsurgery through our organization.

21) WHEELCHAIR DISTRIBUTING PROGRAMME : Our organization organize the wheelchair distribution camp for poor physical

challenged person of our target area. Every year we organize this programme positively.

22) HAJ TRAINING CAMP : The organization organize the Haj Training Camp at the Conference Hall of Chandpur Alia Academy Campus

since last three years. A large number of Haj pilgrim attend the camp and our skill trainer serve the perfect training to the Haj pilgrim and

on the last day of training on behalf of our organization we gift the Haj Guide Book and hand bag among the Haj pilgrim.

23) BLOOD DONATION CAMP: Our organization organize the Blood Donation

camps in the various places in our district with the kind co-operation of reputed

hospital, others charitable organization and the Central Blood Bank. The collected

blood we gift for the patient of Thalosimia, Cancer and others critical patient.

24) GAMES & SPORTS PROGRAMME: This organization organize the sports programme for students of Chandpur Alia Academy &

Chandpur Nooria Siddiquia Madrasah since last three yeas positively. Also this organization organize Cricket & Football tournament in

different places of our locality. Sports kits distribute among the local village clubs players for grow up their inspiration.

The Foundation have made close link with others NGO-s the Govt. Department several founding agencies both from

motherland and abroad people who have devoted their lives in social welfare activities to get the best assistance and co-

operation so that we can proceed our plans and programmes smoothly and purposefully . We are getting remarkable

response from them.
