Thanks to you, through our Adult Day Center and Respite Care

programs caregivers were able to

extend the time they could keep

their loved ones at home and out

of long-term care. Bob was deeply

appreciative for the benefits and

pleasure his wife of 62 years

received while attending the Adult

Day Center, even as her cognitive

abilities slowed declined.

Our goal is to deliver the highest

standard of care. We are proud

to have received a 4-star quality of care rating from the Centers

for Medicare and Medicaid

Services (CMS), and to have been

nationally recognized, for the

second consecutive year, as a top

performing home health agency

by the 2016 HomeCare Elite®.

At the VNA of Somerset Hills, we are proud to have completed our 112th year delivering compassionate, personalized and quality-focused healthcare services. Every day, your contributions help our organization provide patients and their loved ones with peace of mind, promote safe and independent living, assist with recovery from illness or injury, and preserve dignity for those coping with life-limiting illnesses.

By bringing our services into homes and onsite at senior centers and other community locations, we help make high quality, cost-effective healthcare accessible, and eliminate obstacles that can delay timely care, slow recovery, and increase risk of a health emergency. Driven by our charitable mission, we provide valuable home health, hospice and palliative care, and adult day services and ensure that they are available to all those in need, even when they are not reimbursed by Medicare or any insurance. We help people struggling to balance caregiving with other responsibilities, and offer their loved ones activity and companionship options in and outside the family home.
