VISION OF THE ORGANISATION:

VJMS and the SHGs share a vision of community of unified rural population, across Parochial caste lines and the gender divide, with increased survival capacity in a rapidly changing political economy, with food security, where children, especially the girl child, have a Childhood, Education and secure future. To pursue economic & allied activities. Pursue animal welfare activities & mobile van facilities and bio diversity, handicraft sector, this year we have establish the VJMS Library. Our vision is to digitally literate all the Telangana with the help f DEF, CIRC AND VJMS. We want to bring awareness among the people about the Digital skills and social media. We want to bring awareness among the rural and poor people about the all Govt Schemes. Our vision is to improve skills of our young India. Our vision is to give computer training to SHG’S Groups, Farmers, and Beedi workers.

MISSION OF THE ORGANISATION:

VJMS and the SHGs is committed to the unification and organisation of the rural women in their struggle for freedom from social operations and the realization of a human identity, dignity and citizen status. Our mission is to train 1000 members in one year. Our mission is to make all our community Digitally Literate. Our mission is to train to women nearly 70% in our total. Our mission is to convert us community from slum area to Developed area.

1. Mother and Child Health Awareness programme :

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangar conducted Awareness Programme on Mother and Child Health on 11th May 2015 in Wanaparthy, Dist. Mahaboobnagar. In this programme Mr. G. Chinna Reddy, MLA, Wanaparthy, Sri. B. Srinivas Goud, Ex. Marketing Committee, Mr. Dr. Muralidhar, Praja Vidhya Shala and Smt. Dhanalaxmi, Block Congress President, Wanaparthy participate and given the speech on Mother and Child Health. And they given to protect the children’s with all diseases must be eat health fruit, and decrease the MMR, IMR ratio. The main intention of the programmer is to take precaution, take good food and improve the Mother and child Health. Also given the instructions for pregnant women how to the take necessary steps in the food, and to increase the blood cell in their body.


2. Community Meeting in June:

Meetings in Wanaparthy town constituency in these five Months. We organized first meeting 03 June 2015 about the opening of the CIRC centre in Wanaparthy. In this programme nearly 130 members are participated. After the centre opening Wanaparthy MPP Mr. Shankar Naik, Govt officer MPDO Sri Nagasheshadri Suri and Hameed are visited. On their visit we organised a community programme for this nearly 65 members are attended.

3. Community Meetings& General Awareness Programmes in July:

We organised a community meeting at Wanaparthy CIRC centre for this meeting local MLA Dr. G. Chinna Reddy attended as a Chief Guest and Wanaparthy MPP Shankar Naik, Block Congress President Dhanalaxmi, Youth congress president Kotla Ravi, Wanaparthy Town Municipal Vice Chairnman B. Krishna and Our Chief Functionary of VJMS A.K. khamar Rahman and so many members are participated. For this programme nearly 300 members are participated.

We Organized a community meeting at Sagar Colony Wanaparthy on 24-07-2015 in this programme our local partner VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman and Co-Ordinater D. Gangaiah, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna are participated. In this programme nearly 60 colony members are participated.

4. General Meeting Programmes & Vocational Training :


Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Conducted General Meeting and Vocational Training on 05th August 2015 in Wanparthy. In this Programme we inaugurated a vocational training centre in Karchub, Zardozari and Surf Making. In February 2016 we are Inaugurated a Digital Tailoring centre at Atthapur Hyderabad. In October we are Inaugurated a Digital Tailoring Centre at Sri Rangapoor and at Pebbair. In June 2016 we are Inaugurated A Computer Training centre at Wanaparthy.

5. Community Meetings & General Awareness Programmes in August:

We organised a community meeting about the Free Health Camp on 10-08-2015. In this programme our local VJMS Chief functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman and nearly 60 members are participated. On the Death of A.P.J Abdul we organised in this programme our local partner VJMS chief functionary, Centre Coordinator D. Gangaiah, Trainer G. Madhu krishna , Computer students and Tuition students and community members are participated.

6. HEALTH CAMPS:

We organized a “Health Camp” on 13-08-2015.In this programme 300 members are participated. For this programme local M.L.A Dr. G.Chinna Reddy Sir came as a Chief guest. In this programme Local M.L.A. Dr. G. Chinna Reddy, Wanaparthy MPP Shankar Naik, Town Congress President Shankar Prasad, Ex Market Committee Chair Man Srinivas Goud, District Medical Association Wise President Bala Krishna, Ward Counsellor Venkateshwar, Town Mahila Block Congress President P.Dhanalaxmi, Doctor Vishweshwar Reddy, Prajavaidya Shala Chief doctor L. Muralidhar so many members are participated.


We organised another “Medical Camp” on 20-12-2015. In this Programme 200 members are participated. For this programme local M.L.A Dr. G. Chinna Reddy came as a Chief Guest.

7. Independent Day Celebration:

We celebrated independence day on 15-08-2015 at CIRC Centre. We are also conducted a Games and Essay Writing committing also. In this programme VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman, Khader, Hameed, Ward Counselors Venkateshwar, Shaik Pasha, Asif and CIRC Wanaparthy center Co-Ordinater D. Gangaiah, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, Volunteers Ismail Khan, M.Vigneshwar Rao and Computer Students and community members are participated.

8. Community Meetings & General Awareness Programmes in September: We organised a community in the Pebbair on 06-09-2015 in this programme we talked about Digital Tailoring programme and Digital Literacy Course. In this programme Ex MPP of Pebbair Lalithamma Mandal Samaikya President V. Radha Local Partner VJMS President A.K. Khamar Rahman and Co-Ordinater D. Gangaiah are Participated. In this programme nearly 160 members are attended.

We Organised A programme in the Srirangapoor on 15-09-2015 in this programme we talked about Digital Tailoring Programme and Digital Literacy Course For this programme Village President Rajendra Prasad and VJMS President A.K. Khamar Rahman and Co-Ordinater Gangaiah and nearly 120 members of community people are participated.


9 Girl and Child Education Programme:

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Conduct the Girl And Child Education Programme on 19th September 2015 at Girl Hostel in Wanaparthy, Mahaboobnagar Dist. In this programmes Chief Guest as Mr. G. Chinna Reddy, MLA, Wanaparthy, Mr. Shankar Naik, MPP, Wanaparthy, Mr. Satish Yadav, Counselor, Wanaparthy. The Chief guests given speech of importance Education for Girl and Child.

10. Community Meetings & General Awareness Programmes in October:

We organised a programme on the occasion of “Digital Tailoring Centre “Inauguration. On 02-10-2015. In this programme Local MLA Dr. G. Chinna Reddy, Town Congress President M.Shankar Prasad, Dist. Congress President Srinivas Goud, Chityala Congress Leader Suresh Goud, Thadiparthi Village President Ganesh Goud, Wanaparthy MPP Shankar Naik, Mahila Congress Block President P.Dhana Laxmi, Youth Congress President Kotla Ravi, Ward Counsellors Venkateshwar, Cheerla Chandhar, Nandhi Malla Bhuvaneshwari Shyam etc., In this programme nearly 120 members are participated.

11. Internal Learning Literacy Programme

The Literacy Programme is specially for women on 25thOctober in 2015 in Wanaparthy, Srirangapoor, Pebbair in Mahboobnagar District. In this internal Learning Literacy Programme all group leaders promise at least they learn the signs.


12. Digital tailoring course Certificate Distribution at pebbair and Srirangapoor:

We organised “Digital Tailoring centre” Certificate Distribution at Srirangapoor on 06-11-2015 in this programme Local MLA Dr. G.Chinna Reddy, Village President Rajendra Prasad and Surrounding 8 villages Presidents are Participated. In this programme nearly 80 members are participated. We organised a programme “Digital Tailoring Programme” at Pebbair on 08-11-2015. In this programme Local MLA Dr. G. Chinna Reddy, Pabbair Village President Akka Sushila Srinivas Goud, Mandal President Manyam and Our Local partner VJMS President A.K. Khamar Rahman and nearly 50 members are participated.

13. Certificate Distribution programme Wanaparthy:

We organised a “Digital Literacy course” Certificate Distribution programme on 09-11-2015 at Wanaparthy, Gandhi Chowk. In this programme Local MLA Dr. G.Chinna Reddy, Wanaparthy MPP Shankar Naik, Gopal Pet ZPTC Rajeshwar Rao, Ex-Market Comity Chairman Srinivas Goud and Our local Partner VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman and our CIRC Centre Co-Ordinater D.Gangaiah, Trainer G.Madhu Krishna are Participated. In this programme our two batches students and community people nearly 180 members are participated.

14. Cultural Activities Programmes :

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam conducted Cultural Activies programme on girl Child on 24 th November 2015 at Wanaparthy, in Mahaboobnagar. This programme is inaugurated by Mrs.


P. Dhanalaxmi, Wanaparthy town Congress Block President. In this event Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam Chief Functionary Mrs. Khamar Rahman conducted so many cultural activity and also she personally participated. In this Cultural Activities the singer Mr. Shiva, Nagesh, Jairam and Narsihma, Naresh, Srikanth, M. Laxmi, Swapna and extra team.

15. Cluster Meatings& General Awareness Programmes in November:

The Cluster Meeting is conducted in three various places at Vanith Jyothi Mahila Sangam Head office, Balapur, Ranga Reddy Dist, Wanaparthy town Mahaboobnagar Dist, and Sri Rangapuram, Mahboobnagar Dist in 11th November 2015 and 15th November 2015.This is Cluster Meeting attended by Dr G.Chinna Reddy Wanaparthy M.L.A and UCO Bank Manager Wanaparthy and VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman. They gave speech on youth how to grow economically in their profession. And they given various loans of state and Central Govt. and also guided SHG’s groups and loans schemes.

16. DEF Turns 12 Celebrations:

We are celebrated Digital Empowerment Foundation 12th anniversary on 16th December 2015. In this programme our VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman, Trainer G.Madhu Krishna and Our students are participated.


17. Youth Awareness Programme :

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangarm Conducted the Youth Awareness programme on 20th December 2015 at Dhacha Laxmaiah Function Hall in Wanaparthy Town. In this programme chief guest is Mr. G. Chinna Reddy, MLA, Wanaparthy, Mr. Shankar Naik, MPP, Wanaparthy, Municipal chairman, wise chairman and MEO Mr. K. Vijaya Bhasker participated. In this programme the Yoga classes were conducted. The Guests are speech youth must take the yoga classes, with yoga youth can make their concentration and dedication. Youth Club must establish in every villages, Youth can take awareness programme on Social media, Youth must get awareness on not only jobs but also self employability. With the yoga youth can become provide their self employability. With the Yoga youth can live with good health.

18. PNDT act Awareness Programme :

The PNDT Awareness Programmed is conducted on 10thJanuary 2016 in Wanaparthy in Mahaboobnagar Dist. This awareness programme is inaugurated by Mrs. A.K.Khamar Rahman VJMS Chief Functionary, and Mr. M. Shankar Naik, MPP of Wanaparthy. This event Chief Guest is Dr. L. Muralidhar, Praja Vidhya Shala Wanaparthy, Dr. Mr. Saritha of Women specialist given excellent speech on PNDT and Co-Ordinater Gangaiah and Trainer G. Madhu Krishna are Participated.

19. Pulse Polio Programme :


Participated the Pulse Polio Programme 11th January 2016 at Wanaparthy, Mahaboobnagar Dist. In this Pulse Polio Programme Mr. G, Chinna Reddy, MLA, Wanaparthy, Dist. Mahaboobnagar.

20. Inaugaration Of Digital Tailoring Centre at Balijapally:

We are inaugurated a “Digital Tailoring Centre” at Balijapally on 21st January 2016. In this programme the village president, Our Chief Foundry Mrs. A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co- Ordinate M.A. Nayeem, Computer Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, Tailoring Trainer, local Leaders and village people are participated. In this programme nearly 120 members are participated.

21. CIRC Computer Training Centre Inauguration at Balijapally:

We are Inaugurated CIRC Computer Training centre in Balijapally for two months. In this programme Scholl Head Master, Village President, VJMS Chief Foundry Mrs. A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co-Ordinater M.A. Nayeem, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna School Teachers, School Students, Parents, Village People are participated. For this programme Nearly 220 Members are participated.

22. National Book Trust Programme :

Awareness program book fair and seminar on 20th January 2016 to 26thJanuary 2016 (7 days) under partnership programme of National Book Trust, India and Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam at Polytechnic College Grounds, Wanaparthy, Mahaboobnagar Dist. Telangana


State. Shri. Dr.G.Chinna Reddy, MLA, Wanaparthy. Govt. of Telangana, attended the programme as Chief Guest besides Sri P. Ramesh Goud, Muncipal Chairman, Wanaparthy, Shri. B. Krishna, Muncipal vice-chairman Wanaparthy, and Mr. M. Shankar Naik, MPP, Wanaparthy, for inaugural function on 20thJanuary, 2016. On 21 and 22nd January, 2016 Shri Mohd. Iqbal Ahmed, (Deputy Executive Engineer, Govt. of Telangana, Wanaparthy) along with Sri. K. Vijaya Bhaskar, MEO, Govt of Telangana, Wanaparthy, Zilla Parishad High School U/M Wanaparthy, Mahaboobnagar Dist. visit the BOOK Fair. While addressing the public to make use of these kind of BOOK fairs and Seminarts to upgrade the knowledge and access to the rare books which are kept in these kind of Book Fair. On 23rd and 24th Sri. N. Anandam, CDPO(ICDS) along with Smt. P. Dhanalaxmi, Block congress president Wanaparthy. On 25th January, 2016 Smt. B. Lalitamma (Ex.MPP, Pebbair) along with Smt. S. Saroja (Mepma Samakya Secretary Pebbair) and C.V. Raman Junior College, Krishnadevarya College Student visited the Book Fair. On 26th January, 2016 a Seminar was conducted in which academicians, Politicians and Social workers, Govt. Employees also attended and actively participated in the Seminar. There is huge gathering of Students, Retd. Teachers and Locals of various walks of life.

23. Republic Day Celebrations:

We are celebrated “Republic Day Celebrations” on 26-01-2016 at CIRC Centre Balijapally. We are conducted Games to the school students who are learning computer. In this programme VJMS Chief Foundry A.K.Khamar Rahman, Co- Ordinater Nayeem, Trainer G.Madhu Krishna, Scholl Head Master Girija, School Chairman Surendar, School Teachers, School Students, Community People are Participated Nearly 250 Members are participated.


24. National Commission for Women (Minority Awareness Programme) :

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam attend programme on National Commission for Women on 24th February 2016 at Godavary Auditorium, Basheerbagh in Hyderabad. In this programme Chief guest Ms. Shamina Shafiq, NCW Member, Smt. Dr. Tripurani Venkatratnam, State Women Commission Person and A.K. Khamar Rahman, Chief Functionary of Vanitha Mahila Sangam and others participated. In this Programmes discussed on minority women legal opinion. The problems of Minority women in the society and their family.

25. Skill Development Programme :

We are inaugurated a Paper Plate Training, Surf Making Unit In Wanaparthy on International Womens day 08 march 2016. In this programme Local M.L.A. Dr.G. Chinna Reddy, UCO Bank Wanaparthy Branch Manager and Local Leaders are participated. We given on training and marketing support for the skills. We given the Bank loan support and encourage the women in skill development.

26. Skill Development and Vocational Training (Surf Making and Paper Plate Making Unit):


We are inaugurated a Surf Making and Paper Plate Making Unit on International Women’s Day 08th March 2016 In Wanaparthy. In this Programme local M.L.A. Dr. G. 27. Tailoring and Computer Certificate Distribution Programme at Wanaparthy:

We are organised a Tailoring and Computer Training Certificate Distribution Programme on International Womens Day on 8th March 2016 at CIRC Centre Wanaparthy. In this Programme Our local M.L.A. Dr.G.Chinna Reddy, UCO Bank Wanaparthy Branch Chairman T.R. Bijish, VJMS Chief Foundry Mrs. A.K.Khamar Rahman, Co-Ordinater M.A. Nayeem, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, local Leaders, Community People, Tailoring Students and Computer Training Students are participated. In this programme nearly 100 members are participated.

28. Farmers Awarenss Programme:

We are organised a farmer awareness programme in Wanaparthy at on 20 March 2016. In this programme Our chief Functionary of VJMS A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co-Ordinater


M.A.Nayeem, Trainer G.Madhu Krishna local leaders and 1000 member farmers, community members are participated.

29. Group Leaders Meeting:

We are organising Group leaders meeting every month in this programme 15 groups 30 members. We are participated every month. They helped us to conducting “Digital Tailoring Training” by gathering their group women. Not only that way they are also helped us in conducting community meetings by gathering people to meeting.

30. Skill Development and technical empowerment trainings:

The Skill development training called Digital Tailoring Training and Digital Literacy Programme is conducted by us in Wanaparthy, Srirangapoor and Pebbair. We organised a “Digital literacy Programme in Wanaparthy through this programme in five months 262 members are digitally literate. We organised a Digital Tailoring Programme through this nearly 14 members are benefitted. Totally with our skill development programmes 404 members are benefitted in five months.

31. Moulana Abul Kalam Azad Birth Day Celebration:


We are celebrated Moulana Abul Kalam Azad Birth Day at CIRC Centre Wanaparthy. In this programme our centre Co-Ordinater D. Gangaiah, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, VJMS Secretary Waheda and Community People are participated.

32. Swatch Bharath & Haritha Haram:

We organized a Swatch Bharath programme at teachers colony in Wanaparthy. In this programme our local VJMS Chief Functionary A.K.Khamar Rahman and Colony embers are participated. We organised a programme Haritha Haram Government Scheme Haritha Haram Means planting trees at Wanaparthy. In this programme Local MLA Dr.G.Chinna Reddy, VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman and Community members are participated.

33. Tailoring Centre Inaugaration at Mallepally:-

We are Inaugurated a Tailoring Centre at Mallepally in Nalgonda District in this programme our Chief Functionary Mrs. A.K. Khamar Rahman, Local M.L.A. Ramavath Ravindra Kumar, Mallepally President, Vice President, Local Leader P. Dhanalaxmi, Local Leaders, Press Reporters other NGO’s and Community Members are participated.


34. Awards to VJMS :

Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam has got 2 Awards in CIRC Awards given by Digital Empowerment Foundation and we are selected for Manthan Awards also.

35. Work Shop at Hyderabad:

We are attended to the work shop conducted by DEF in Hyderabad in July. For this programme our Co-Ordinater Gangaiah, M.A. Faheem, Trainer G. Madhu Krishna, Our Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman attended. This Programme is organised by Digital Empowerment Foundation Delhi. In this all DEF staff and Chief Functionary and DEF Osama Manzer, Shahid Siddiqui, John are Participated.

36. Bathukamma Sambaralu :

We are conducted Bathukamma Sambaralu in three various places Wanaparthy in Mahbub Nagar District, Karimnagar, Balapur. In this Programme Our VJMS Chief Functionary A.K. Khamar Rahman, Co-Ordinater M.A. Nayeem, Local Leaders, Community Members, Womens are Participated.


37. Open Shelter Home: We are running an open shelter in Wanaparthy for semi orphan and orphan students who are studying inn school. We are providing shelter are nearly 50 members.

We completed nearly 700 members in 9 months.

Through our centre nearly 2550 community members are benefitted.

We gave Digital tailoring training to 182 members in one month in three villages. They are Wanaparthy, Srirangapoor, Balijapally and Pebbair.


Through our centre we helped to minorities and bring awareness about “Minority finance corporation loans”, through this nearly 18 members established their own business through this indirectly nearly 50 members get work

TREAD SCHEME TRAINING: Training on SHGs concept to 50 SHGs (500 members) coverage in TREAD Scheme under Ministry of MSME:

Training on Zari Zardari & Karkhut 420 members. Training on tailoring, Embroidery 200 members. Washing Powder Making 120 members. Training on Making Pickles 50 members. Training on Marketing & sale 60 members.

Awareness:

Training on Book Keeping to 400 SHGs group leaders. Training on Credit Management 500 SHG members. Awareness training on Child marriage 200 members. Computer basics training 50 members. Capacity building on women rights 2000 members. Paperplate making 130 members. Making of Candle & Agarbathi 60 members. Training on Beautician Course 90 members. Bids 40 members. Stone Bangles Making 20 members. Fabric painting 10 members. Super market training 30 members. Economical development training program 200 members. Health camps and eye camps 300 members.

MAIN GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION:

Welcome to Vanitha Jyothi Mahila Sangam (VJMS), were extremely happy to announce that we have completed 20 wonderful years of journey in empowering women, girl children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds. We have played a crucial role in critical stages of their lives and in preparing them for employment, as we start this New Year 2015 we are making plans for another year of working with vulnerable families and empowering them. Our Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi stressed about how social media can play a key role in several activities of our country, our objective for the year 2015 is to adopt some villages in the State of Telangana; bring about digital literacy in all the families in those villages, conduct trainings and workshops on Internet and usage of social media. We hope to achieve this objective by the end of the year 2015 in as many villages as possible. Bringing about this development of internet connectivity and internet literacy in the most vulnerable of our rural areas can change the outlook of our rural life and create wonders.

The overall goal of the organization is to build women SHGs . This year our organization sanction from Min. of Small & Medium Enterprises for Tread Scheme. We established a 30 new units are started so that economically benefit for SHGs members. Our Organization is looking for within 3 months our organization launching a new projects like Super Market, Zari Zardari Work Centre, Karkhut Making Centre & Fashion Designing, Fabric Painting & Manufacturing for Paper Plate. The finally this organization achievement to all of our Group members in SHGs is economically benefit with self employment schemes.

VJMS make Awareness and encourage the people on all Govt. Programmes and Cultural Activities. VJMS conducting awareness programme on social media to people, with at awareness we can tell the people use of social media and its benefiters in the govt. and private sectors. Child Labour is increasing day to –day in our state, to eradicate child labour VJMS conducting awareness programmers and trying to solve the child labour problems. VJMS conducting programmes for agriculture formers to giving right solution in agriculture crafts.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION:

Women contribute as equal to all decisions and activities of their

development. To stop sexual exploitation of women arising from petty credit needs. To establish physical discipline and financial independence for women. To establish functional literacy among women pertaining to DOMWUA and Dwakra group Members. Environmental bio diversity programs Handicrafts sector PNDT Act Awarness in rural & urban To stop Child Labour Provide Economical empowerment to women Conduct Youth Awareness & Skill Development Let us take the Privilege to express the happening and learning we have in this year.

FORMATION OF SHGs:

In Karimnagar District we have formed 1265 SHGs in rural as well as urban areas. In Warangal District we have able to formed 282 SHGs. In Mahaboobnagar District the SHGs Formed are 210. In Ranga Reddy District, we have formed 130 SHGs. In Hyderabad area we have formed 260 SHGs. We have also formed Jagruthi MACS which are running in Karimnagar, Warangal, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Kurnool & Mahaboobnagar Districts.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SHGs:

We were able to facilitate 1347 SHGs, old groups to link with bank for loan. This amount is utilized for the different development purpose as well as social purpose. We also facilitated these SHGs to get revolving fund from different Govt. agencies. Microfinance was given to these groups from different Govt. agencies. Windows were assisted to get loans in Tatkal scheme. Scholar ship to the studying children from APSMFC. MSME Tread Scheme SJSRY scheme for Youths and SHGs under


Municipality, Individual loans, Bankable scheme. From the Scheme we were able to support 115 families. We issued a Loan for individuals from Andhra bank, Meerpet, Ranga Reddy District, Subsidy APSMFC. Groups membership Fees & Tailoring membership Fees and Donations. Surf & Cloth Business, Paper plate making, Footwear making, Zari Zardozari training, Tailoring and embroidery, super market, stones bangle making, agarbathi making and other all Small Scale Businesses.

MEETINGS:

SHGs level meetings were organized every week to discuss all issues pertaining to Women and in general. In this meetings the every month is on developmental activities, loan recovery and fresh application for loans, kept for loan sanctions , Thrift and Credit activity. Through these system women is able to have a platform to discuss and decide about their problems and development. Village, Cluster and Mandal level meeting in SHG’s members are also organized to show the strength of women. Cluster level meetings, General Meetings, Independence Day celebration & Handicraft Dept Seminar for Awareness training programme, Economically training Programmer in MSME in Tread Scheme.

CULTURE ACTIVITY:

We have a very good cultural troop. This year we utilized their creativity in Environment bio diversity, AIDS Awareness. Environment, SHGs formation, Family Planning, Literacy, Child Labour & Superstitious believes, economically development.

HEALTH CAMPS:

We organized about 10 health camps in our intervention area these camps. Free health check-up for women and child Adolescent girls check-up Eye Camp Handicap identification and awareness building camp Aids awareness building camps More than 1000 women’s got health insurance and health card issued by handicrafts

department, Each card value of Rs.15000/- every year. Total 800 eye cards issued, scholarships for students, pensions covered with this eye

card.

ADD THE INCOME TAX CLAUSE:

Proviso to that effect that no addition alternation amendment in the objects shall be made without the prior approval of the Director of Income Tax(Exemptions) Hyd. Proviso with regard to maintenance of accounts for the financial Year and compulsory audit of accounts by a chartered Accountant. Proviso to that effect that in case of dissolution, the society properties shall be transferred /handed over to a society having similar aims 7 objects & also registered U/S 12A of the I.T.Act,1961. Provison to the effect that the investment of funds of the society shall be made in accordance with the proviso of section 11(5) of the I.T. Act, 1961.
