International at a 50% discounted Price and the Inauguration of Rotary

Initiatives
CBSE EXCELLENCE AWARD was given to Meritorious students of class X & XII and recognition to teachers of Class XII for their achievements in Board exam.
Project presentation using Web tools by students of class VI-X.
Meditation and chanting for 10 mins as a part of regular Time Table.
Recognition of 4 children with Special needs / learning difficulties in memory of Late Ms. Alamelu Goplan and Ms. CR Satyabama –trustees of ALET.
Communication to parents and teachers through Mobile APP

conducted in July.
The Annual Progress
Review/Surveillance Audit by
NABET for the Year 2015-16 was
conducted on 23/6/15 & 24/6/15.
A workshop for students of Class X and XII was conducted on 16/04/15 by
Dr. K. Meena, Asst. Professor , Dept. Mental Health and Dr. Mary ,
Nimhans, Bangalore. They addressed Various Psychosocial issues like
Gender equality, Adolescent development, Life skills management,
Handling exam Stress.
Annual Health Check Up for the academic year was conducted between 15th
Feb 2016 and 24th Feb 2016 by eminent doctors from Apollo Hospital,
Bangalore. All the students from LKG to XII were checked and the feedback
was given.
An eye camp by Sabri Eye Hospital was organized in our school from 27/07/2015 to 31/07/2015. Students of class IV to XII were examined.
Guest Lecture on “Nutrition” was conducted byMrs . Uma Dietician, Narayana Health City on 5th Feb 2016.
First Aid Training program me was conducted on 27-Feb-2016 for our School Bus Drivers and Conductors by Mr. RadhaKrishnan of St. John Ambulance, Namakkal. 17 Drivers and 16 Cleaners attended the same.
Bus Contractor M/s Mookambigai Travels submitted Physical Fitness Certificates, Insurance coverage policies for drivers of School buses. He also submitted Verification certificates related to criminal verification and address verification from M/s Verifacts, Bangalore for drivers.
In connection with the Road Safety Week, RTO officials at Hosur had organised a Medical Camp for Bus Drivers in Dec 15. About 10 of our School Bus drivers attended the Camp and underwent Eye Test and Blood Test.
Air Pollution test AAQM was conducted on
15/06/15 and all the parameters were upto
standards.
Air Stack Emission Test for Generator was done
on 15.06.15.
RO water testing was done for all the six RO
units on 12/06/15 and the parameters were upto
standards.
Fire certificate was renewed on 22.9.15 for a
period of one year.
The Health and Sanitation Certificate was
renewed on 23/12/15 for a period of one year.

We added 1774 books to the Library this year .
Sports Material and Play equipment were purchased.
We purchased Lab materials or Science & Math Labs.
We purchased 15 Computers, Printers, UPS, Batteries, Tablets, 4
Laptops and other Computer Accessories
Three Over Head Projector s were purchased as replacements.
Class Room furniture and Furniture for Library was purchased.
2 new Buses were added to the fleet.
8 TVs and 22 I pads were donated by Hinduja Global Solution as a
part of their CSR initiatives.
Re flooring for 19 class rooms was done in the Year 2015-16
