We hope you have been safe and well during this unique time. After discussions with Olympia Fields and Flossmoor Country Clubs to ensure your safety, we are delighted to share that we will be having the 46th annual Misericordia Bums Golf Outing on Monday, October 5, at Olympia Fields and Flossmoor Country Clubs. Through your support, the Bums Golf Outing has raised millions of dollars to support Misericordia’s innovative programs and expansion efforts for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Your contribution of $800, or $3,200 per foursome (or $3,500 including a hole sponsorship), will cover all of the expenses for the day. Reservations can be made by completing the attached form and mailing it with your check (made payable to Misericordia Home), or you can register by visiting www.misericordia.org and clicking on the Bums link under upcoming events. All shotguns will begin at 11:00 am, with a cocktail reception at Olympia Fields immediately after golf. Lunch will be served out on the courses and refreshments and cocktails will be served throughout the day. In addition, each golfer will receive Maui Jim sunglasses upon arrival.

Sponsorships at various levels are also available. Please note: Every sponsorship/donation designated for the Bums Outing will be matched dollar for dollar by a generous foundation, up to $100,000. We are so grateful for this matching gift, especially during this most challenging time for Misericordia, and we hope that all of us “Bums” are up for the challenge!! Signs/banners will be prominently displayed that day to acknowledge all sponsorships. If you are interested, please complete the attached form, and know that we appreciate your consideration.

On October 5, 2020 Misericordia will welcome 400 golfers to Olympia Fields and Flossmoor Country Clubs for a day of golfing, camaraderie and, of course, the opportunity to support Misericordia’s programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
