Divisional Rules Recap

ROSTER AND PLAYER PASSES THEY ARE REQUIRED! No exceptions. U8 ask the opposing coach to check each teams

roster – prepare them for the next level AND to make sure they are registered with VSA so that all the available insurance coverage is in place

SCHEDULE All Schedules are final – only permissible

reschedule is due to State Cup Finals Cancellation Policy

VSL – VSA MergerObjectives Behind Possible Merger: Eliminate redundancy of administration. The goal is to have full-time rather than volunteer staff available to help organize and manage the league. Considerations are costs for professionals and board representation for clubs.Similar team and player registration process, entry and rosters go to one location.Improved recruitment/training/supply of referees.Economy of running the combined programs.

Process: Currently nothing in the Bylaws allow this to happen. Goal is to draft revisions and ask clubs to vote via e-mail on Bylaw change.

This Season:

Nothing will change, the idea is to have this in place for the 2014 season
