Join Us for a Day of Golf

Please bring your friends and join the UK College of Dentistry Alumni Association on Saturday, August 15 for the 2015 Alumni Golf Tourna-ment. The day will include lunch, 18 holes of golf, on course beverages and a reception with awards and prizes at the University Club of Kentucky Big Blue Course, 4850 Leestown Road, Lexington. Prize holes include 3 hole-in-one chances (win a car, $10,000 in cash, or a trip for 2 to the Masters), longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt. Each golfer will receive a tournament golf shoe bag!

Put your foursomes together, or we can do that for you. Send your registration to the address provided before August 7, 2015.

DRESS CODE

All guests must wear appropriate golf attire. This includes collared shirts, and excludes such items as cut-offs, tank tops, t-shirts, gym shorts, and jeans. We appreciate your compliance with these standards.

Tickets are $125 per person. The fair market value of goods and services provided for this event is $100, thus $25 may be deductible as a charitable contribution. Proceeds and gifts to the UK College of Dentistry Golf Tournament will support alumni special events and student programs.
