WELCOME TO MALTA!It is with a great deal of pleasure that we, the Board of Directors and the Officers of DASIL welcome you to your 1st Inaugural Congress on the beautiful island of Malta.

We are indebted to Dr. Joe Pace and his colleagues here on Malta for making us feel welcome at all times during the planning of the meeting. We are grateful, as well, to all of you, our old and new friends who have helped make DASIL a reality that we are all so proud to be part of. From a vision just several months ago to a vibrant society with a global membership and presence that allows us to teach and mentor dermatologists and aesthetic surgeons from all over the world in the most transparent manner ever seen before.

Our program is outstanding – and we thank you all for participating. Our Industry Sponsors are super – and we thank you for having the faith in our mission and in our dream to teach and give back, to learn, and to have fun at the same time.

We must thank our “consultant” for DASIL – Dr. Lawrence Rosenthal who has been with us since the beginning and has been instrumental in forming all the guidelines and bylaws we are now governed by. And thanks to Mr. Jose Mena, our Managing Director, and his staff, who has guided us since the beginning to make a society with all the positive attributes that makes one proud and honored to be involved.

We thank you all – and we welcome you to Malta.

The Mission of the Dermatologic & Aesthetic

Surgery International League (DASIL) is to create a global

community for the open exchange of knowledge and

innovation by physicians specializing in Dermatologic

and Aesthetic Surgery. Through our ongoing

educational activities and by establishing a higher standard of care, people

living around the world will benefit from safer, more

effective dermatologic and aesthetics treatments.
