A Packed Exhibit Hall, Industry Networking Opportunities, Timely CE Courses, Exciting Speakers, Breakout Sessions and Prizes! This year’s VAHU Conference is packed with opportunities to network with customers, colleagues and suppliers. It all starts on Sunday night, June 9 with a welcome reception from 8 - 10 p.m. Then, join us on Monday, June 10 with our morning Survive & Prosper Workshop, featuring two Medicare CEs followed by lunch in the Exhibit Hall to visit your favorite vendors, meet some new ones, and win prizes. Then join us right after to open our conference with Keynote Speaker Tamara Bunte and two more CE Credits!

Monday evening brings our Casino Night in the Exhibit Hall featuring Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Texas Hold ‘Em and Horse Racing, plus Dinner and an Open bar! All this while meeting with some of the biggest players in the industry!

Tuesday’s itinerary starts with breakfast and the debut of “Legislation, Laughs and Libations,” an animated roundtable discussion with experts in the industry. Visit the Rejuvenation Station during breakfast and have a morning cocktail on us! Additional CE courses will be followed by lunch in the exhibit hall. Journey through the hall, grab some lunch and take time to preview the latest in products, services and programs from leading suppliers. We wrap up Tuesday afternoon with 2 additional CE credits!

Cancellation policy:• Cancellations must be received in writing either via email to virginiaahu@gmail.com or by fax to 908-967-5044.

Cancellations received by Monday, May 27, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after Monday, May 27, 2019 will not be eligible for refunds, however your registration is transferrable and you may send someone in your place. Please note that if you cancel your conference registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation. That is your responsibility.

1. Conference attendees or exhibitors, visit www.vahu.org and click Annual Conference in the top menu.

2. Click Registration. On the next page, click Register Now.

• VAHU Members must log in to receive the member rate.  Your login ID is the email address that NAHU uses to contact you. Non-members may proceed as a guest.

• For VAHU Members, contact information will default; all others, enter your contact information.

• Click Continue.

3. Choose the ticket you wish to purchase. First-timers must call the office at 908-789-0700 for the discounted rate.

4. Enter the name of the attendee you are registering for, if it is not for yourself.  Otherwise, confirm your information and click Add.  You may add multiple attendees on one order.

5. When you have finished adding tickets, click Continue.

6. Confirm your registration information and then click Continue.

7. Payment:

• If you will be paying by credit card, enter your credit card information here and click Continue.  If you need to receive an invoice to submit to your company, click Bypass Payment.

8. Receipt:

• If you have paid by credit card, you will automatically receive a receipt by email.
