That’s right, now your center’s Techs can install this on their phones and it will automatically create a request case in FRM (Salesforce) in The Technical Support queue without calling or tying up your center phone or computer. This new system includes submitting the request with all the important data we need to help you quickly. Cool new features include: • Choosing the Tech you want to talk to No more waiting for the Voice Mail to be answered - support request(s) are immediately entered into the queue for a call • The ability to send Techs information directly via email (when provided with an email address) Following are instructions to install the new Tech Instant Mobile App. Read the instructions completely firstthen tap the link and follow the directions to load the icon on your phone or desktop. ➏ Swipe across to the left (showing options to the right), find the “Add to Home Screen” option and click it:

➐ After selecting the “Add to Home Screen” option, you’ll see screenshot ➐

❽ After you see the screen in step #7, you may (and probably should) change the APP name to a shorter name (such as “AAMCO” as shown below)

➒ Once you finish changing the name (if you choose), click on the “Add” icon in the top right corner:

➓ Once you click “add”, you’ll be taken back to the home screen and see the icon, which should look like screenshot ➓

➐ From now on, all you have to do is click the app you’ve just installed, and you’ll only have to fill in the form (below) to get into the AAMCO Tech support queue

➐ Simply complete the form, and click “submit” on the bottom of the form, here:

For the COMPUTER DESKTOPFor inserting the link your computer desktop,

➊ right mouse click on your desktop in a blank area, go to “New” select “Shortcut” and

➋ add the link. https://frm.force.com/aamco/support click “next”

➌ Name your new shortcut, (ex. AAMCO, or HOTLINE) click “Finish”. After creating the shortcut and finding it on your desktop, I changed my icon to the blue gear by right clicking on the short-cut icon you just created, going into Properties, selecting “Web Documents” tab and you will see a button to “Change Icon”

➍ Select the icon that appeals to you (Gear) and Voilà!
