Congregation Nominations for Leadership: The First Mount Zion Baptist Church Con-stitution & By-Laws gives members the opportunity to recommend men and women of the church for leadership positions (Deaconess, Deacon, and Trustee). A nom-ination information package may be picked up at the leadership desk in the Narthex. The deadline for 2016 consideration is May 31, 2016. March 5 – Planning for Retirement; June 4 – Being Your Own Boss; Sept. 24 – Run-ning a Home-Based Business ; Nov. 19 – Preparing for Tax Season. All are wel-comed! The Money Smart Ministry’s goal is to empower all members to be better stewards of God’s money, by sharing in “hands-on” money management tech-niques through interactive classroom ac-tivities. Come out and learn what the Bible says about these topics.
