OBITUARY ~~

Revd Sanjeev Sunawar, the Priest of St. Petra Church, Nepal was called home to

be with the Lord on 13 May 2020. He was 36. Sanjeev was trained as a lawyer, and was a member of Church of Christ the Nazarene

before he was called by the Lord into fulltime ministry and planted St. Petra Church.

Today, St. Petra Church is a vibrant congregation of about 100 members. Most of her members are working as labourers at the

fringe of Kathmandu valley. Sanjeev went on to complete his theological training and was ordained as a Deacon in

2016, and was priested in 2017.

Please uphold the bereaved family of Revd Sanjeev in prayer.
