Opening Prayer (In Unison) Eternal God, we praise you for the gift of a New Year. For sustaining us through 2014, we give you thanks. For keeping us, we give you praise. You have given us so much, kept us so far and brought us so far: we give you praise. Empower us now to be agents of your purpose and to live the best lives we possibly can as we believe you for greater in 2015. We want to really live and not just exist. We want to live so vibrantly that we sing your praise, shout your glory, show your mercy and illustrate your love. Plant in our hearts the love of Christ who is the Savior of the world, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, in glory everlasting. Amen. Unison Scripture Reading: Matthew 25:14-18 (TMSG) 14 “It’s also like a man going off on an extended trip. He called his servants together and delegated responsibilities. 15 To one he gave five thousand dollars, to another two thousand, to a third one thousand, depending on their abilities. Then he left. 16 Right off, the first servant went to work and doubled his master’s investment. 17 The second did the same. 18 But the man with the single thousand dug a hole and carefully buried his master’s money. Early Morning Prayer We invite you to join us to PRAY EVERY Tuesday morning here at the church at 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

God, we love you and the genuine expression of love is giving. You showed your love for us first by giving us your Son. We demonstrate our love for you by giving now a portion of what you have given to us. We give freely. We give cheerfully. We will not rob you. Instead, we will worship you by giving from our heart. You are our #1 priority. We will not treat banks or bills better than we treat you because you deserve all the glory, the honor and the praise. We refuse to live under a curse. Therefore, in obedience to your Word, we bring our tithe and our offering to you today. PUT your promise into action! Open the windows of heaven and provide what we need for our desires and our destiny!

POUR into our lives the phenomenal and spectacular by releasing a blessing that is beyond our wildest dreams!

PROTECT everything that we currently have and do not permit the enemy to abort anything that you are trying to give us for our future. The tithe is what we owe, the offering is seed we sow. We sow now with the expectation of jobs and better jobs, of businesses and greater businesses, of raises and bonuses, of houses and land, of freedom from debt and supernatural increase. Bless us indeed and enlarge our territory as we live for your glory. Alleluia! In the mighty, matchless and miraculous name of Jesus, we confess. Amen!

34th Street Church mission can be summed up in this phrase: “empower you to grow into all God created you to be.” Followers of Jesus are lifelong learners and the spiritual journey is not meant to be alone. At 34th Street Church, we believe that life is a team sport – best done together and as our church grows larger, we must also grow smaller. Small groups are “learning communities” that serve as a great way to grow in your relationship with God and make a difference in the community. We encourage everyone to be involved in group life because it’s there where you will meet new people while growing in your faith.
