LocaL HistoryWarwick in the Revolutionary War - Author Talk

November 3 • 2pmLocal historian Sue Gardner will present material from her new book Pure Necessity: Revolution at Warwick, which tells the sto-ry of the Warwick Valley during the Revolutionary War using original documents, eyewitness testimony, and oral traditions. The research was completed by the author and many volun-teer transcribers over the past 20 years, as part of the Friends of Hathorn House’s project to discover the true history of Gen. John Hathorn, his militia, and the people of our area during the late1700s. Copies will be available for purchase & signing.
