the appropriate wine for each course.
Over the last several years, our decorated Chef Jim Eriksen and his team have traditionally presented unique gourmet dinners for select special events. These meals feature several courses, each custom created by the chef, and expertly paired with a selection of distinctive wines from various, historically outstanding vineyards in Napa and around the world. Additionally, each dinner is hosted by a wine expert to discuss the history and characteristics of the wines offered and how they match so effectively with the food offered in each course.
For a fun and informative banquet experience, we have taken seven of the most popular food and wine offerings to present this selection of interesting and entertaining wine dinner menus.
These menus are available for groups up to 70. The meals and presentations will be offered in our exclusive Harborview Room and are only available Monday through Thursday. Decisions for these dinners need to be made minimum three weeks in advance in order to bring in a wine expert host.

Cancellation PolicyIf the Hotel is advised that a definite booking is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be
charged. The following policy is in effect in the absence of a cancellation clause in the catering or sales confirmation agreement. The cancellation fee for your function is one
hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated food, beverage, and room rental charges. This cancellation fee will be charged if this function is canceled less
than thirty (30) days from the event date.
Confirmation of Set-Up requirementsFinal menu items, room arrangements and other details pertaining to this function are outlined on your Banquet Event Order. Unless otherwise stated in this Banquet Event Order, the Hotel reserves the right to change function rooms at any point should the
