1998 BA and MA (Cand. scient. pol.), Political Science, Aarhus University. 2014 MA of Public Governance (leadership and management studies), Copenhagen

Business School and University of Copenhagen. Leadership profile Colleagues and reports describe me as a visionary, inspiring, authentic, persistent, strategic developer, and as a person with an honest and loyal approach to others. A Horgan-test from 2011 shows high scores on amongst others "emotionally balanced," "externally ambitious," "reliable," and "intellectually open." Language skills I’m fluent in English and Danish. I have a very good working knowledge of German and of Norwegian and Swedish. Having spend one year at the University of Bologna, I have a working knowledge of Italian. I also have a basic knowledge of French. Privately I prefer to spend my free time in the company of my family, on horseback or with my running shoes on. Skiing, mountaineering, and hiking in the wild is difficult in Denmark, so vacations are frequently spend in areas of the world permitting such activities. I live in Copenhagen with my husband, Lars, and his daughter, Sofie.
