This is Erika. Harpy Eagles Mate for life. Females lay 1- 2 eggs in each clutch. It is the largest eagle in the world.

This is Eli and my rainforest animal is the Howler Monkey. It can be heard from three miles away. They are the loudest animal on the planet. This is Annabella and I have the Blue Morpho Butterfly. A butterflys wings are covered with tiny scales. Each scale has its own coler. Together, the scales make a pattern.The top of this butterflys wings arent actually colered blue. The scales contain ridges that reflect blue light.They are easy to see but hard to cach.14Poison Arrow FrogIt lives in the canopy layer.It is a carnivore.

This is Isabella and my rainforest animal is the poison arrow frog. Many species make devOted parents as they carry their rewborn hachlings from ground level to the canopy. It has enough poison to kill 10 adult men.

Their poison is used by some South Americans for applying to the tips of their hunting arrows and blow gun darts.15Red Eye Tree FrogThe Red eye tree frog lives in the canopy.It is a carnivore.

This is Lizzie and my rainforest animal is the three toed sloth. For most of his life he hangs upside down. Sloths are great swimers. It is one of the slowest mammals. 19ToucanIt lives in the Canopy. It is an omnivore.

My name is Owen and I am going to tell you about the rainforest animal, the toucan. It weighs 400 grams. The Toucan lives in south america. It eats passion fruit, spiders, lizards, insects, nuts, and small birds.
