profit of Rs 12.14 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011 which represents a jump
of 7.87% over Rs 11.25 crore PAT posted in the third quarter of previous financial year. Net
sales in current Q3 at Rs 155.48 crore were higher by 17.29% of previous fiscal’s Q3 net sales.
Commenting on the financial performance of the company, Mr. Amol S. Sheth, Chairman and
