SCTDAQ

• Kenny at Glasgow working on Strip DAQ 1 day/week– Has began to get familiar with SCTDAQ– Looking at trim fitting code for ABC130 tests– Possibly modifying (speeding up) methods for fitting

– He is also working on multi module testing for pixels using the RCE + HSIO setup


Diamond Testbeam

• Testbeam is from 14th -21st October– In line to test HR CMOS Strip samples

• As well as LGAD strip and HV-CMOS devices– Currently writing code to trigger to/from oscilloscope, beam and xy

stage to automate data taking

• Agilent Oscilloscope 9000A

• Running LabVIEW

• Data taking initiated by Trigger

• Works!


Diamond Testbeam

• Turned out 1st October was deadline for all diamond beam proposal for April – Sep 2015– Managed to submit one for ABC130 tests

• Have requested 5 days• Nearer the time we can maybe modify what we are testing• Will find out in a few months if proposal has been accepted
