• In November, I sent UV Glue, hybrid panel + jig to Anglo Production Process LTD– UK supplier of UV Glue valve for machine we have in

Glasgow

• Wanted to see if machine we have could perform UV glue work with proposed new UV Valve

• Received results last week– Damage to glue machine delayed trials– They said UV Glue had cured

• Strange as glue was covered in tin foil and had been since arrival from DESY

• Used Humiseal UV Cure Acrylic Gel

• How comparable is this glue to the ones we would use?

• Cost– New Valve + software upgrade = £4.4k– Craig aka Pixels willing to pay half of this cost

• I really don’t have any type of visual inspection system for strip gluing/wire bond checking etc. – High powered microscope– BATY system
