> Settings> Security> Screen Lock Set password (strong alpha-numeric password with 6-10 characters)

> Settings> Security> Encrypt Phone Assign a secure password for encryption (phone must be plugged in and restarted)

> Settings> Security> Passwords ‘Made passwords visible’ – switch off

> Settings> Security> Unknown Sources ‘Allow installation of apps from unknown sources’ – switch off

> Settings> Sound and Notification> NotificationWhen device is locked Select ‘Hide sensitive notifications content’ or ‘Don’t show notifications at all

> Settings> Security> Automatically Lock Automatically lock between 30 seconds – 1 minute

> Settings> Security> Device Administrators Check – ‘Android Device Manager’ (will allow for remote erase, lock, and locate)

> Settings> Lock Screen Click on ‘Power button instantly locks’
