Multi-technique AcquisitionThe signal acquisition is based on a variety of sources:• Vibration Online, with OneProd MVX, to monitor continuously the most critical machines. • Vibration Off-line, with OneProd MVP, to acquire data with a handheld collector.• Electrical analysis, whether data is collected online or offline.• The OPC Client interface, to acquire directly the process data.• Thermography images and oil analysis results can be integrated within the database.

Automatic analysisOneProd XPR offers a unique tool to process data automatically: the Automatic Detection Defect Grid. This grid describes the complete health status of a machine on a single screen, through a matrix of measurement points / indicators. This tool gets the analyst to identify faults at a glance thanks to the color coding, and shrinks data analysis time.

For electrical analysis, OneProd XPR builds an automatic diagnostic based on machine and operations data. The process is even easier here.

ExpertiseOneProd XPR uses a powerful graphic module to help you define diagnostics and illustrate analysis reports. The module includes numerous tools and displays: trend, simple or concatenated spectrum, waterfall spectrum, time waveform, circular view, orbit…

ReportsMany customizable reports can be automatically generated. Analysis comments, recommendations, actions, and observations made during maintenance work are stored in the database, and build a historical record for each machine.

Configuration OneProd XPR is available in Desktop and Web configurations. In the Web version, a simple Internet browser is all it takes to access all the OneProd XPR modules and functions.

For even more flexibility, OneProd XPR-live is a hosted application, where no installation is required, and the software is accessible everywhere via a simple Internet connection. This solution secures the data in a hosted database, and frees users from all administration procedures.

OneProd XPR comes in various versions to adapt to the analysis level and the machine types: Easy, Advanced, Premium and ESA (Electrical Signature Analysis).

AdministrationOneProd XPR includes all tools to manage data security and integrity, and assist users in their system administration: manual and automatic backups, restoration, secured accesses. The data can also be deleted selectively, in order to limit the database size. Data storage benefits from the security features of the Oracle® database.

CommunicationThe OPC interface opens a two-way data exchange between the monitoring system and the process:

•OPC Client, to provide OneProd XPR with the process parameters essential to a relevant diagnostic.

•OPC Serveur, to provide key status indicators in the control room.

Also, OneProd XPR keeps you informed directly by Email or Text messages, so you can keep an eye on the machine events and

status.

Statistics moduleWith the statistics reports, you can easily represent machines’ health status and monitoring status, and focus on the key problems.

A «Viewer» module opens a simplified access to results and diagnostics for one or several plants. This way, the synthetic results are available to all people

involved.
