PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALSDANGER: CORROSIVE: Causes irreversible eye damage or skin burns. Harmful ifswallowed or absorbed through skin or inhaled. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing.Avoid breathing spray mist. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to fish. Do not discharge effluentcontaining this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans, or other waters unless inaccordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) permit and permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do notdischarge effluent containing this product to sewer systems without previously notifying thesewage treatment plant authority. For guidance contact your State Water Board or RegionalOffice of the EPA.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.SANI-GLIDE is specially formulated for sanitation of conveyors in the dairy, beverage and foodprocessing industries.SANI-GLIDE contains a multiple phenolic system active as a sanitizer against the pathogenicorganisms Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella typhimurium, on inanimate, non-food contactsurfaces.SANI-GLIDE keeps conveyors free of slime and soil buildups.PRE-CLEAN: For best results, spray-clean conveyors with a suitable detergent to remove soiland slime build up. SANITIZE: Spray-apply a 1% by volume (1 1/4 ounce to 1 gallon of water)dilution of SANI-GLIDE in water through standard conveyor lubricant spray nozzles using aconveyor lubricant dispensing system such as the Klenzade Lubri-Klenz 260, Super Klenz-Jector Mikro Master 300. Allow a minimum of 5 minutes contact time. No need to rinse withpotable water or remove product as SANI-GLIDE can be continuously applied to conveyors toprevent slime and soil buildup. SANI-GLIDE is effective in water up to 150 ppm hardness ascalcium carbonate (9 grains per gallon) at 1% by volume.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL( I C t I C

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.PESTICIDE STORAGE: Do not store above 120 deg. F.. Keep from freezing.PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excesspesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot bedisposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or EnvironmentalControl Agency or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional office forguidance.CONTAINER DISPOSAL(< 55-gallons rigid) Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refillthis container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. To clean thecontainer before final disposal, empty the remaining contents from this container into applicationequipment or a mix tank. Fill the container about 10 percent full with water. Agitate vigorouslyfor 2 minutes. Pour or pump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collection system.Repeat this rinsing procedure two more times. Offer for recycling, if available, or puncture anddispose of in a sanitary landfill or by incineration.

(Totes) Refillable Container. Refill this container with pesticide only. Do not reuse thiscontainer for any other purpose. Verify that the tote is empty. Seal tote and contact Ecolab forreturn. Cleaning the container before disposal is the responsibility of the person disposing thecontainer. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller.
