NEW BULLETIN FORMAT
Within the next few weeks, we will be seeing a new bulletin!! The
new program will be friendly to visitors, highlighting ministries and
helping new people connect to the family here at Belpre.
COURAGE TO CHANGE
The Courage to Change ministry will begin their special speaker
meetings on the third Thursday of the month starting March 19,
2015. The first guest speaker we have scheduled is
Brett Hower, our student intern. He will be speaking about the
book Gods at War by Kevin Idleman. He will tell how reading this
book changed his concept of sin and changed his thinking about
spiritual matters. Several of us have read this book and highly
recommend it. We have three copies available to borrow from
the Courage to Change resource room. Join us March 19 to hear
Brett. If you would like to borrow the book, see Mary Ann Thorn.
LOVE IN ACTION
We want to once again thank all of our volunteers who help each
week! A special thanks this week to Mark Kaufman and Burris
Price for driving to Logan, Ohio to get our food order for this
month. Last Sunday the Elders and Jeff shared with us the
vision for the Belpre church for 2015. We all have been
commanded to "step out of the boat in faith" to serve and glorify
our God. In His great love, God places us where He wants us to
serve, and every task we undertake should be given our all,
whether there's one person listening or a multitude. We
ultimately serve Jesus, and He is not concerned with the
recognition we receive. He desires our obedience and our best
effort. May we all strive for a better relationship with God and a
larger vision for our family at the Belpre church.
