Group Weight Training for Middle School aged clients led
by Alex Wolfe, Personal Trainer who specializes in sports
training for athletes. Alex has a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Exercise Science, and a Master of Science in
Exercise Physiology from ISU. He is a certified Personal
Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Participants Learn 1. How to properly use the free weight equipment.
2. Proper technique of strength training exercises
using free weights.
3. How to build certain muscle groups for speed,
strength and power.
4. Proper etiquette in the weight room.
One, 60 minute session each week for 6 weeks,
for a total of 6 sessions.
MONDAY’S at 3:30PM
$150 for members ($25/session)
$200 for non-members ($33/session)
