Example 1: e-ticket revalidation

Thee-tickethasbeenrevalidated.Bydeletingtheinboundflight,thecorrespondingancillaryservice(ACML)andtheassociationwiththeFA/FHDlinearealsodeleted.Therefore,theancillaryservicemustberequestedagain.DuetothemissingassociationbetweentheFA/FHDlineandthenewSSRlines,thenewlyre-questedserviceisrecognizedas„notpaid“andtheOPW/OPCelementisautomaticallyaddedtothePNRagain.

The existing EMD-A must now be associated to the SSR line (E8).

TheOPW/OPCelementisdeletedautomatically.

As the e-ticket document number remains the same in case of revalidation, the association between EMD-A and e-ticket persists:

Example 2: e-ticket reissue

Thee-tickethasbeenreissued.Theancillaryservice(ACML)hasalreadybeenrequestedforthenewsegment.

As the e-ticket has been reissued, a new ticket number, which is not automatically associated to the correspondingEMD-A,wasgenerated.Theoriginale-ticketnumberisstillshownunderICWofeachEMD-Acoupon. The e-ticket is disassociated (D) as the coupon status of the EMD-A is „open“ (O) and the status of the e-ticket is „exchanged“ (E).

Therefore, the EMD-A must also be reissued.

1. Delete the existing original TSM-P: TMX/ALL or TMX/M1 System output: TSM DELETED

2. Price ancillary services for all future segments: FXG or FXG/L8,9

TSM-P

3. Prepare TSM-P for reissue: TMI/EXCH or TMI/EXCH/M2

4.Ifappl.addpricedifferenceforancillaryservice(e.g.5.00€): TMI/R13.80/W5.00 (R13.80newprice/W5.00additionalcollection)
