� Realized that we needed to do RE conversion to bring donor history and parishioners we left behind

� Finance department decided on ParishSOFT Connect Now Accounting program, which is shared with parishes

� Coordinating with parishes for the accounting software transition and the census database software transition

� First all-parish meeting on conversions held Oct. 2016, at the Chancery offering to each parish paid for by Archdiocese

� Jason Dinneen, Independent Project Manager, contracted to assist with transition process

� Brings us to today’s Orientation Webinar� Working with Staff, ParishSOFT and now Parishes to aid a smooth

process

� Database is real-time so parishes can update parishioner information and it will be changed on master list – ONE cohesive list!

� Dulce gets notification of changes and can contact parishes if questions

� No more monthly comparisons and update lists (our work gets easier!)

� Mailings should have fewer customer complaints ☺

� Parishes are experts and Staff confirms with them

Pre-Conversion TasksParishSOFT recommends that you:

� Verify that all member/individual records have a Gender recorded.

� Verify that each member/individual record has a role assigned.

� Verify you have correct titles for both the Head/Husband and Wife.

� Verify married couples have the same marital status.

� Verify Registration Statuses (Registered/Unregistered – Active/Inactive).

� Verify Envelope Numbers only contain numeric values.
