51 POSTMARK DEADLINE: January 15 NOMINATED BY: An Anchor member, Club or sponsoring Pilot Club. HOW: Send to PI Headquarters, 102 Preston Court Macon, Ga. 31210 THE NOMINATION SHOULD CONSIST OF: At least three nomination letters from students, Pilots, or individuals that have direct contact with the Anchor Advisor from that Anchor Club. The nomination letters should include specific reasons or proof why the advisor stands out among many others. Also photographs of your Anchor Advisor with club members; or at your service projects supporting the reasons listed in the nomination letters. The key is to show your Advisor in action & demonstrate why they should be Advisor of the Year. The nomina- tion itself should be bound in some type of holder whether it be a three prong binder or a simple folder. However, the opening of the binder or folder should be no more than 2 inches. The nomination should demonstrate creativity and originality! WINNER: 1st Place is featured in the PILOT LOG; invited to attend and receive a trophy at the Pilot International Convention. Pilot International pays registration fee, room, travel and per diem rate for meals. Second and Third place winners are also featured in the PILOT LOG.
