Bruno Wu
Worked as an Analyst and Associate at the Mergers and Acquisitions department of
UBS in New York City and as an Assistant Vice President in the private equity
department of Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong.
Completed transactions of over USD 1.8 billion in mergers and acquisitions and over USD 1 billion in private equity in both China and U.S. in many different sectors such
as healthcare, airline, biotechnology, real estate, and chemical.
Graduated from a three-year Investment Banking Analyst program and was
promoted. First analyst at the North American M&A Group at UBS.
Graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
with double concentration in Finance and Accounting.
Jack Frew
Worked as an Associate in the Equity Research department of Deutsche Bank in
Hong Kong covering conglomerates and equity strategy.
Worked on the IPO of HPH Trust, Singapore’s largest-ever IPO at USD 6 billion.
Previously worked as a buy side equity analyst at a China fund in Deutsche Bank’s
Asset Management department, and analyzed stocks in China’s renewable energy,
media and consumer sectors.
Graduated with honors from Carleton College with a concentration in Economics.
