Distribution Channels for Kitchen
According to the company report of Kelebek Furniture, for 2014, Kelebek Kitchen has 51
stores in Turkey that nine of them belong to the company, each store has about 150-200
m2 to display the kitchens. In April of 2014, Kelebek Kitchen opened 15 new dealer stores
to strengthen its sales network in domestic market.
The company exports its kitchens to 19 countries, mainly Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Libya,
Oman and Moldovia. It has also four stores abroad in Al-Khobar, Trablus, Dubai and Baku.
Future Plans in Modular Kitchen
Recently, the company made new investment on its factory for renewing the machines and
building an additional manufacturing place. Through this new investment, it plans to produce
higher amount of kitchens and to focus on contract projects.
In short term, in five years, the company aims to improve its dealer network in domestic and
also abroad markets by opening new stores. The company purposes to increase its store
numbers to 70 at the end of 2015 year in Turkey.
In abroad, it plans to focus on close countries around Turkey to make new dealership
agreements and to export its kitchens more number of countries.
In long term, until 2020 year, the company aims to be market leader in kitchen furniture in
Turkey.

History & Distribution Channels
Established in 1961, Domsan Kitchen is one of the important companies in Turkey operating
in the modular kitchen sector. It is settled up on totally 19.000 m2 site with a 12, 000 m2
closed area in Ankara 1st Industrial Zone.
Enhanced with investments, the facility has an annual production capacity of 13, 200
kitchens and 480, 000 m2 panel processing annually. In 2008, the company further
strengthened its product quality and effectiveness by investing approximately EUR 2, 800,
000 on its panel processing lines.
Currently, its sales network consists of 5 stores in Turkey, in abroad it has one store in
France, and 3 sales partners located in the Netherlands.
The company is well known with taking place in numerous social housing projects not only
in Turkey, but also in countries such as Kazakhstan, Qatar and Romania. The company is
mainly specialized in the production of kitchen furniture, but it also produces bathroom and
office furniture, dressing room and cloakroom cabinets.

Dekor Ahsap San. A.S., Lineadecor, was established in 1991, it operates in a very important
role in the modular and customized kitchen cabinetry sector in Turkey. It produces its
kitchens in the production facility located in an area of 30,000 m2 in Gebze, Kocaeli. The
facility has production capacity to produce around 25,000 kitchens annually. Apart from
being most prominent kitchen brand in Turkey with its 20% market share, the company is
only domestic kitchen producer that exports its products to the United States.
It has 58 key dealers in Turkey and 16 international dealers around the global markets in
countries such as Austria, Azerbaijan, France, Iraq, Israel, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ivory
Coast, Oman and Kyrgyzstan. Apart from retail channel, it is supplying 16,000 residential
kitchens annually for contract projects in domestic and also in many countries from Middle
East, Europe, Africa to finally USA.
In USA, the company started its operation in 2008, reached 2 dealers and many residential
projects were delivered in East Coast. Marriot Residence is one of the most important
projects of Lineadecor in USA that constructed in 2012.

Future Plans The company aims to increase its sales around %30 in Turkey until 2020 years by focusing
on young customer segment. For this reason, in coming years, it would like to open an online
store to reach its new target segment.
The company plans to increase its production capacity to %10 in 2016, then to % 30 in five
years thank to its new additional facility building that constructed in 2015. It also wants to
decrease the years of launching new kitchen models from 3 to 2.
Its %50 of sales is consisted of contract projects. The company goals to increase the
percentage of contract sales to %70 until 2020 year. On the other hand, it plans to increase
sales points in Turkey from 58 to 70 by giving new dealerships until at the end of 2016.
In terms of abroad, the company would like to increase its exports to USA around
%10 of total export. Also, it plans to increase the number of customers in Eastern Europa
and Russia. In addition that, the company considers the construction tenders as an
opportunity in Cyprus and plans to establish new business partnerships in this market.

manufacturing of kitchen furniture and wood door, with its facility established on 35,000 m2
of closed area, with a capacity of 2,500 kitchens per month in one shift, located in Bozuyuk.
The company has 18 sales points in Turkey for kitchen and exports its kitchens to foreign
markets such as Ukraine, Germany, England, Romania, Hungary, Dubai, Libya and

Nolte Kuechen was established in 1958 by Konrad Nolte to produce modular kitchens based
in Germany. Today, it is second largest kitchen brand in Germany with its 1.100 employees.
It has around 85.000 m2 facility area totally and has 750 kitchens production capacity per
each day.
The company exports its products more than 50 countries all over the world and it has
20.000 sales points mostly in the countries of United Kingdom, Austria, France, Italy, Turkey,
Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland.
Lastly, in 2009, Nolte Kuechen opened its own company in Turkey called Nolte Mutfak ve
San. Ve Tic.Ltd. Sti. to be more strong in domestic market in terms of dealer network,
addition to attain to other Turkish markets such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhistan and Uzbekistan.
Today, the company has 13 sales points in Turkey in the cities of Istanbul, Izmir, Izmit,
Ankara, Antalya, Kayseri, Adana, Gaziantep, Kayseri and KKTC.
Future Plans In terms of distribution network, Nolte Mutfak is planning to increase its number of sales
points in Turkey from 14 to 20 until at the end of 2015 by doing new dealership agreements
in targeted cities such as Trabzon, Samsun, Eskisehir, Konya, Bodrum, Sanliurfa and
Diyarbakir.
Nolte Mutfak is preparing to open its production facility in Turkey in a short time that invested
around 10 million euros. The company considers to provide a good amount of competitive
advantage with its kitchens in domestic market by producing them in Turkey. In this direction,
it aims to increase its market share in Turkey from %8 to 30% and to get around 80 million
TL turnover in the next years.
In addition, the company purposes to create “limited edition” kitchens for its upper level
customers in Turkey. With this aim, it is going to open 3 new stores in Istanbul, Ankara and
Gaziantep for its high segment kitchen brand called “ Nolte Neo” . In short-term, the company
also plans to enter Bathroom furniture segment in Turkey.

SCIC Cucine was established in 1963, in Italy with the idea of creating superior modular
kitchens in terms of designs and construction quality. It has 70.000 m2 facility area to
produce over thirty models of contemporary design and ten classic models, in a range of
200 colors and thousands of variants.
The company produces its kitchens for premium customer segment by creating
sophisticated designs and distributes them with its dealer network all over Italy and in over
35 countries through the world. It has 56 sales points apart from Italy mostly dominated in
France, Greece, Russia, Switzerland, Israel, Spain and Ukraine. It is planning to open its
new stores in Singapore and Voronezh in a short time.
SCIC started to sell its kitchens to Turkish market in 2005 years by its first dealership
agreement in Turkey with Maslak Yapi that located in Etiler, Istanbul, in the area of 2.000
m2. Following this, it opened its second store in Turkey, Bursa, in 2009 to expand its dealer
network in the market.
Future Plans
The company focuses on the contract channel mostly than retail channel in Turkey. In last
years, it provided kitchens to very important construction projects such as Trump Towers,
Istanbul Sapphire, Zorlu, Etiler Savoy, Rixos Bomonty, Bodrum Mandarin Orientel Hotel and
so on. In this direction, the company aims to increase its market share in Turkey by selling
more kitchens in terms of contract channel.
In coming years, Maslak Yapi is planning to open a new store in the United States and
London with the name of SCIC to sell its products in these markets until at the end of 2016.
Also, Maslak Yapi considers to participate to the contract projects in Baku and Moskow with
SCIC brand. We can indicate that Maslak Yapi operates as regional partnership of SCIC to
sell its products also to Azerbaijan, Russia and Middle East Countries.

decorative items to around 50 countries that its production range includes modular kitchen
& bathrooms, office living room and bedroom furniture. Italian based company was
established in 1960, located in 30,000 sqm area in Pesaro.
It has 44 sales points worldwide in the area of North America, South America, Westerns

Intema Mutfak is a company that has been operating in kitchen manufacturer sector since
2005 year in Turkey under the umbrella of Eczacibasi Construction Group that is one of the
strongest group companies in Turkey.
Intema Mutfak produces its kitchens in the closed area of 8,500 sqm with a capacity of 60
thousands modules annually in one shift that located in Tuzla, Istanbul. It has totally 21
kitchen models that is consisted of 19 modern and classical designs.
In terms of distribution channel, Intema Mutfak sells its kitchen through strong sales network
that involves 43 sales points in Turkey and also contract projects. It has its own stores in the
cities of Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, Gaziantep, Eskisehir and Izmir. Apart from these stores,
sales points is consisted of dealership. Intema Mutfak also offers refrigerator, oven, cooker,

Vanucci, Turkish kitchen and bathroom furniture company that founded by Sinpas Group’s
subsidiary Prodek in 2005, has signed dealership agreements aiming at selling its products
in domestic and international markets.
The company has 10,000 m2 closed facility area located in Asian part of Istanbul to produce
Vanucci’s kitchens and bathrooms. Its product range is consisted of 23 kitchen and 12
bathroom designs with the wide range of color and raw material choices.
In terms of distribution channel, Vanucci has 39 sales points in Turkey to sell its products in
domestic market. Recently, the company has signed franchising deals in northern Cyprus,
Qatar, Algeria, Azerbaijan and Libya for becoming a global player in foreign markets. The
company has a significant demand for its products in developing countries. For this reason,
it is planning to continue to franchise and establish partnerships in these kind of countries.
Vanucci focuses on selling its bathrooms in European market and kitchens in Middle East
