EXPERIENCE SUMMERY:

Engineering Authority of Egypt Armed Forces in the period of 1/5 2011 til 1/4/ 2013:- Worked as a Mechanical Engineer Officer in MEP Technical Department which was responsible for all military projects (military bases, hospital, hotels, clubs and residential building ) , and my duties were as follows:-

1) HVAC system load calculation and system design.

2) HVAC design drawings.

3) Material take off and BOQ.

4) Assisting in Fire Fighting and Pumps Station Systems design, Desgin drawing, Material takeoff and BOQ.

5) Reviewing and approving subcontractor shopdrawing and Material submittal.

Kharafi National Since 17/5/2013 til present:-

1- Al Shahed Park project from 17/5/2013 to 1/2/2014:- A 235000 m2 Park with 5 buildings and 1000 spot carpark all under ground level.

Worked as a HVAC Site Engineer with a manpower of 50 labbors which my duties were:-

1) Material submittal. 2) Shopdrawing reviewing.

3) Material Takeoff and ordering and dealing with suppliers.

4) Organizing and Planning site work.

5) Coordinating with ather services and solving site work condition problems.

6) Inspectain requests, Payment arranging and consultant and client relation.

2- Centeral Bank of Kuwait Tower from 2/2/2014 til 1/2/2016:-A 49 floor tower with a hight 250m above sealevel, and a 4000 TR capacity. I worked as a HVAC project Engineer with a man power of 60 labbors and 7 subcontractors which our duties were:-

1) Ducting, piping, insulation and cladding construction work.

2) Third Fix work( installation of Air outlets)

3) Chilled&Condenser water static and dynamic flushing.

4) Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Tower, AHU and FCU startup , commissioning and TAB.

5) Air Conditioning Units ACU(used for under floor air conditioning) Flushing, Start up, Programming and Commissioning.

6) Teating, Adjusting and balancing (TAB).

7) BMS sensor installation and BMS system integration and commissioning with HVAC.

8) HVAC system integration with Fire alarm system (Fire scenario).

9) KFD approval.

3- Centeral Bank of Kuwait Tower Electro-Mechanical Maintanence Project from 1/2/2016 til 1/4/2016:- After handing over of CBK project, I worked as HVAC maintenance engineer.

4- Seif palace Electro-Mechanical Maintanence Project from 2/4/2016 til persent :-working as a head hvac maintanence engineer and which my duties are:-

1) Supervise and direct a work force of 25 lead facility and maintenance technicions.

2) Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for hvac system( Chillers, cooling towers,pumps, ahu,fcu, boilers, heating coil, etc) to maintain peak operational condition.

3) Balance work load and emergency maintenance calls to achive customers satisfaction with less manpower.

4) technical trooble shooting and manpower support for the following projects:-

Central Bank Of Kuwait.

Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium

Kharafi’s Villa.

Kuwait Fund.
