Know your audience. Read their blog to see if a good fit.
REVIEW
Be active member of online tea community. Form relationships with bloggers. Look at their level of output.
REACH OUT
Address bloggers personally. No mass emails.
REQUIREMENTS
Find out blogger’s review policy. Send info in easily convertible format. Provide lots of useful information.

Show you know something about the blogger. Make a personal request – no form letters or press releases. Ask if you can send a sample.

Be clear about expectations or timelines and be truthful about the product.
DON’T
Don’t send large quantities or bribe the reviewer. … And don’t get my name wrong.

Follow bloggers on social media. Share their posts through your channels. Develop the relationship.
DON’T
No need to be nasty if a blogger can’t take on your request. We’re a large industry but a small community.
Compensation
Bloggers don’t expect or want compensation for a basic review. (FCC regulations prohibit it). But do pay for consulting, articles, writing .
Tricks of the Trade
Offer a guest post or interview. Send samples in the packaging your most important client would receive. Send what’s most special, not just everything and the kitchen sink.
