Service Roundtable: April ShowmodelAllsituationThe Service Roundtable is streamed to dealers as video-on-demand (VOD). This is accessed via TMSi (Talent Management System International).
On April 24th, the next edition of the Service Roundtable will be released. This program will be approximately 35 minutes long and will address Service Technicians, Service Managers, Service Advisors, and Shop Foremen. Because of the VOD format, the show can be viewed at any time.
The Service Roundtable will be divided into the following parts:
Technical and product issues that BMW NA has been made aware of through customer and dealer contacts, contact with BMW AG, PuMA cases, etc.

• Use a borescope to inspect for milling marks • If the milling marks are present, the vehicle is OK • If milling marks are NOT present, the dashboard must be
replaced. • Look for SI B04 08 17 for borescope information
• Parts supply is currently low, inspect vehicle to ensure that a dashboard is needed. Refer to parts matrix for ordering instructions.
