7 young people refferred onto trainee apprenticeships with local housing provider.
1 young person elected onto Manchester City Councils Youth Board.
Over 15 NEET young people moved to EET status and 92 ‘positive progressions’ for changes in behaviour, skills and confidence

To work with hard to reach groups of young people on disadvantaged estates in Chorlton Park, West Gorton and Miles Platting.
Delivering positive activities, whilst offering intensive individual and group wraparound support
Divert and support young people away from anti social behaviour, particularly and youth nuisance and rowdy and inconsiderate behaviour
Provide one to one and group support to increase school attendance and raise attainment aspirations
To increase intergenerational and community cohesion on the estates through co-ordinationg local youth provision and delivering youth led social action projects
Detached and outreach work to engage
Support individuals and groups through bespoke interventions
Establish new youth groups and co-ordinate and integrate local youth provision
Build relationships with specialist providers
Support young people to develop and undertake social action action projects
