“Thank you for the opportunity for financial assistance through your scholarship. This will help
with fees, books and tuition for the fall 2018 semester. I am currently in the Associates Degree of
Nursing Program through Austin Community College, taking much of the time I have throughout
the week. I do pay for tuition out of pocket, so this scholarship takes a lot of pressure off of my
regular job and more focus on Nursing School. I sincerely appreciate your belief in me through
this scholarship offer and I intend to do well in all of my classes this semester.”
-Scholarship Recipient, Austin Community Center.
“I would like to take the time out to humbly send my greatest gratitude, for you choosing me as a
candidate to support throughout my semester of Nursing School. It is because of you I am able to
continue focusing on my studies and passing my tests without worry of financial strains this se-
mester. Thank you for this opportunity to receive the $500 scholarship. I now not only owe mov-
ing forward to myself and the generations I’d like to touch and change, but also to you. Thanks
for making a difference in my life.
Thanks for all you do!”
- Sincerely, Future Registered Nurse.
