Backbone Entertainment entered the realm of computer graphics in 1994. She grew as the industry proliferated and earned herself a solid reputation within the animation and visual effect communities. From content development to animation productions, our vast portfolio to date includes 2D/3D animated TV series, visual effects and TV commercials.

Backbone Entertainment rocks the world with refreshing ideas and churn ideas into reality.

Synopsis:Jinggo is the main protagonist of the animation series. He is a sharp shooter from the country’s Special Force Team. Often clueless and stumbling through any case he is given. Gadgets created by the so-called “Genius” inventor, Dr. No, frequently turn out to be pieces of unless tools rather than being useful. His hot-headed attitude and insufferably clumsy mistakes pertaining to his surroundings and current environment always leads him into danger, but he always gets out of trouble through either Dr. No’s gadgets (well, sometime the gadgets work in an unconventional way), his assistants (Joned and Kido), or pure luck.... Many cases await our three detectives / super hunters, but will they succeed? Or will they face more troubles and failures like they always do? Stay Tuned!!

Starting in 2007, EDEN Studios was founded as a platform to showcase the best and brightest of local animation, and dealt mostly in outsourced works from foreign companies.

In recent years however, EDEN Studios has come to recognize the creative potential trapped behind the local industry and the growing interest in locally produced works. For this, we felt we had a duty to diversify our efforts, and have been gradually expanding to match up with this growing market.

We have since become an award-winning team of animators and developers of creative content, and are now working towards becoming the one platform for anyone, both talents and investors, interested in finding a niche in the international ACG industry.

Synopsis:Based in an alternate future where pollution has forced the emergence of sugar-powered engines and fantasy-like life forms, Candy Coated Bounty Hunter is projected as a 13-episode action-packed comedy that tells the tale of a pair of orphaned siblings, Nano and Jaclyn Windfall, who traverse the skies in their pan-shaped flying home in search of their world’s ultimate bounty. Zany and fun-filled, the show carries a soft environmental undertone that sends a clear message without losing the audience’s interest.

Ehsan AzharuddinManager & GDI MasterBefore coming into LC Games Development Inc., Ehsan studied at Multimedia University Cyberjaya and got his degree in Digital Media. He then put his knowledge gained from the three years at University in good use by not using it at all in applying to be a screenwriter in Les’ Copaque. It’s a Zen thing. He then dabbled in audio design and as Le Copaque’s International Sales & Marketing Manager. Ehsan now manages LC Games Development Inc as the GDI Master. He enjoys writing, drawing, and generally being the Devil’s advocate, much to the chagrin of his friends.ehsan@lcgdi.com

Syed Nurfaiz Khalid.Game Developer & Awesome FriendKnown as Faizu among his colleagues, he is a graduate of UniKL MIIT. Faizu joined Les Copaque Production to pursue his career in the animation industry. There he became an animator, render artist, trainer, rigger and finally the Head of Modeling. He has continued his journey in LC games as a game developer. Faizu enjoys playing TF2 (Pwning his colleagues while he’s at it btw). He is also known for his crazy behavior if he drinks coffee.faizu@lcgdi.com

Hakim SabriGame Developer and Sith JuggernautBefore joining LC Games, Hakim attended Liverpool’s John Moores University where he earned a degree in making games. Upon graduating, he landed a job at the University in conjunction with the BBC on a project called Homura Game Engine. His role was to create characters, animate them in games, make websites, and eat ice creams. During his spare time, he trained in a local Jedi Academy to learn the ways of the Force. He was expelled shortly after a lightning incident. 2 years passed, Hakim was called upon by the Malaysian Sith Council to bring his leetness home. Back in Malaysia, he had a short stint at Animasia-Studio as key-frame animator until he moved to Les’ Copaque as a Web Developer. He still gets to eat lots of ice creams.hakim@lcgdi.com

Hizral AshraqGame Developer and Company NinjaHizral leaves his house every morning to pursue a career in game development at LCGDI as employee number 4. Over here at LCGDI he creates demos that we use to show the team’s potential of making great games. He also has this obsession about Telletubbies.hizral@lcgdi.com

Zoorocco was conceived as an animated TV series, 22mins x 26 eps, with potential for a three to four season story arc.

Produced in a hybrid traditional 2D and 3D CG animation style, the Pilot episode is complete and Tripod is seeking co-production and network interest to develop the rest of the series.

Tripod is also planning for both standard and stereoscopic 3D versions of Zoorocco.

Synopsis:Ralph, an ordinary teenage boy, is caught in an alien trap and accidentally transported to Zoorocco, a giant zoo planet a million light years from Earth.

Zoorocco was once the greatest tourist attraction in the galaxy, with aliens from a thousand cultures held captive on towering Habitats high above the planet surface, for the amusement of Zoorocco’s masters, the Keepers.

When Ralph turns up, the zoo planet had been abandoned for nearly 50 years by its Keepers, with the multitude of alien captives now loose and building an exotic new world.

Ralph crash-lands on Zoorocco, and is saved from cannibal pygmies by the cute but crazy Dara Buka, a “hoomin” girl and Captain of the Windship “Maggie Mead”. She’s a smart explorer, tough trader, resilient diplomat and all-teenage girl, but personal safety isn’t at the top of her list.

Although they don’t get along at first, Dara and Ralph must trust each other if they are to find a way back home to Earth.

This is the start of a beautiful relationship!
