How Many Sessions Are Needed To Address An Issue?It purely depends upon the counselor and the

client.

Sometimes, it is a quick fix type of a situation.

But generally, four or five sessions are enough.

The success of any Spiritual Counseling session majorly depends upon how the counselor and his or her client match their steps. They both have to work in unison.

A Typical Spiritual Counseling Session Is well planned and well thought off. Is kept confidential. Yes, it is kept

between the two of the counselor and the client, unless required by the law.

Has a very positive outlook. Is interesting. Aims at achieving goals, both personal

as well as professional.

Ethics Of A Spiritual Counselor He or she will abide by the state rules and

regulations. The counselor must have a practice license. He or she should not harm anyone. Should not do anything beyond his or her

professional knowledge and license. Should be crystal clear while letting the

client know of what to expect from the session/s.

Should tell the cost of each session before hand.

The Do’s For The Client Should be sincere and honest in telling

the issues to the Spiritual Counselor. Should be willing to change for his or

her own betterment. Should enter into a contract with the

Spiritual Counselor. Should be willing to follow the

instructions given by the Spiritual Counselor.

In case of difficulty in following through, he or she should consult the counselor to make necessary changes in the plan.
