经过压榨和去梗程序后,再将果肉、果核、果皮统统 装进发酵桶中进行第一道发酵。在发酵过程,会产生酒精和二氧化碳。

• PressingPressing:: Pressing is the act of applying pressure to grapes in order to separate juice.

经过第一道发酵,再进行压榨将果肉、果核、果皮统统 分开套取果汁。

• Second Second FermentationFermentation :: Yeast + Sugar = Alcohol + Carbon dioxide

将果汁装进不锈钢桶,再加入酵母进行第二道发酵。在发酵过程,会产生酒精和二氧化碳。
